Nice big pool, plenty of deck chairs for everyone. Rooms were very spacious.

Young kids were allowed to scream and swim in the central pool at 6am. Would recommend enforcing the pool opening times more strictly for the comfort of all guests.

I was staying at this hotel following an unexcpected accident and surgery in Bali. I was not originally booked to stay here but had to revise my plans to fit my new situation. The hotel was chosen on the basis that it was wheelchair accessible, which is not easy to find in Bali. We were very happy with our choice. The hotel so very kindly provided us with use of a wheelchair during our stay there and the staff really took good care of us and helped when going up/down the ramps. Felt really safe and so could really enjoy my stay there although of course I could not use much of the facilities. Want to say a big thank you and keep up the great service :-)

Loved the pool, our kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves in there for hours each day. The breakfast was really great, lots of options. The rooms were large and clean with really comfortable beds and great air-con. About a 15 min walk to restaurants on the beach which were really lovely and several supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. The hotel also provides water coolers on every floor which was one of the only places in Bali that we found to provide this - being able to easily fill up our water bottles was much appreciated, especially with a large family of 6.

Attempted to use the gym but it was a bit of a fail. Weights available were 5, 10 or 20kg (nothing in between) and the weights machine was missing the pin that allows you to select the desired weight, so was not usable. Air con wasn't working (it was 33 degrees) and when I cranked up the treadmill to go for a run there was a loud bang from the electrical socket which continued sparking even when I had switched it off. Called a staff member and hopefully they took care of it.

Breakfast was great, great selection. Staff were amazing, very friendly and so helpful, Wirik was very helpful with our little boy in the morning. Lunch and pool food/drinks were very reasonable price Rooms were spacious and clean

We wanted a separate room (2 bedroom) for our kids which we couldn't get, therefore we were all in one room, was a bit chaotic.

Location was great, friendly staff and very comfortable bed.

We didn’t have hot water when we arrived.. It came back at night. We booked the room with outdoor jacuzzi, jets weren’t strong enough and water came out pretty brown. Also it wasn’t very private as there were buildings around and people could see you. Room smelled a little bit. With all this considered, it was a bit overpriced.

We didn't include breakfast in our booking as we weren't sure if we were going to have breakfast at the resort or elsewhere. Once we saw the buffet breakfast on the 1st morning, we ate breakfast here every morning except one when we ate on the beach. There was so much to choose from for breakfast. We also ate lunch and dinner here a number of times as there was plenty of choice. And the restaurant is open till 10.30pm so we could come back from shopping and order dessert. Plus you can order room service 24/7. If you want to dine out there's lots of restaurants within a few minutes. Coffee shops, convenience store, chemist and lots of other stores close by. Walk to Icon Bali in 5 mins plus close to pathway down to the beach. And always taxis waiting at the resort to take you somewhere. Plus every single staff member went over and above to look after us. Always friendly and checking on us to make sure we were happy with everything especially Wirik and Cindy.

The air-conditioning control box has a light that flashes all the time and is annoying when trying to get to sleep. And the shower is hard to adjust to stop it from flowing out into the bathroom.

The location was great. Pool area fantastic. The staff were amazing. Lintang especially made us feel like we were coming home to family. The happiest person in Bali.

The bathroom needs a little improvement but did not ruin our stay.

The location is Central and close to many restaurants and shops. Not too far from The Beach where you can use the sun loungers for free. it was great having water dispensers available in the hallway and a small jug in the room that you can use to fill up from dispensers.

The bed was a bit on the firm side. there didn’t seem to be enough space around the pool area and it was difficult to find a vacant lounger. The pool area is probably fine for young people or family with kids, but it wasn’t our thing. Water pressure in the bathroom on the 5th floor was often pretty poor also the water coming out of the basin tap squirted all over the place and is of poor design. I don’t know how often people use the spa bath on the balcony or how it is cleaned internally but I personally prefer not to use it and it seems like a waste of space on what could be quite a spacious balcony.

We liked almost everything about this place! The most outstanding thing was the staff - every person that we interacted with over the week was polite, attentive and helpful. We had a comfortable room on the ground floor which had the jacuzzi outside, and made use of this every day. The weather was a little cool on some days so it was lovely to jump into a bubbly, hot bath! The bed was so comfortable and had excellent pillows. The pool area was lovely and we spent a lot of time hanging out during the afternoons, loved the swim up bar and being able to order snacks as well, delivered with a smile direct to our chair. Like all resorts there is an element of frustration with the 'chair hogs' who throw a towel on it and then disappear for several hours but understand that is extremely hard for the venue to police. The buffet breakfast was a fabulous start to each morning, with a huge array of hot and cold options for all tastes and cultures. We also ate at the restaurant for a couple of lunches and dinners and appreciated the range of options available. The location was great, an easy walk to the beach or Icon shopping centre as well as a number of local markets and warungs. So much to choose from!

The building is starting to show its age, though upkeep of public areas is clearly a priority. It can also be a little noisy; there were some very inconsiderate guests who had a couple of late and noisy nights on their balcony in our vicinity and the sound was quite loud in our room.

Location, layout of pool and reception and restaurant. Ease of checkin and use of facilities while waiting for room. Buffet breakfast was really generous with options and quality.

Trying to book into spa online does not work. Better signage to find spa and gym. Plunge pool rooms had the interconnecting door felt like we could hear everything from next door guests. Overly loud guest and children playing/jumping/squealing up until midnight. Reception was advised of this and second night was much quieter thankfully. Heavy Doors slamming shut is a frequent occurrence ( softening of the closure somehow (door frame padding) might go a long way for everybody)
