Nice hotel in great location. When I booked it and read reviews I hesitated a little was it a good decision. But when I came and saw it with my own eyes the hotel exceeded my expectations 🙏 it’s a great value for money it costs 👍 great location close to walking street and to the own beach with sunbeds, beautiful well maintained territory ,clean swimming pool, included breakfast which is not reach in choice but everything is quite eatable 👌 bed is okay, single bed is big size like 1,5 bed, there wasn’t mould in rooms, there was hot water. And it was enough for us to have a good holiday staying in this hotel) thanks a lot stuff of the hotel for their job 🙏

Hotel was in a great location, able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Great beach front property, with a lovely area with sun lounges. We had a standard room upstairs which was very spacious, the bathroom was clean but a bit dated. Staff were very friendly and if needing anything for the room was attended to straight away. This was our second stay here and will book again on our next visit to Bali.

The location was great! Right at the beach, close to restaurants and to the shopping mall. The hotel has a lovely garden and two beautiful pools, one with sea- and beachwalkview. Good breakfast buffet. Nice and helpful staff.

The bathroom was a bit out of date but worked very well! My room was up by the reception so a bit far from the pools and the restaurant so if I would go there again I would ask for a room as close to the beach as possible. Not a big problem though.

The location is perfect. Affordable rooms. I knew that the place was a bit run down from other comments but the location and swimming pool made up for it 100%! The staff are lovely. I met some really nice guests who were also staying at the hotel. Breakfast was substantial. Restaurants, Icon Mall and markets are all within easy walking distance. Hire a bike a go for a ride along the concrete walkway. Beach is lovely and calm for kids. Will definitely be back!!

The property needs updating,doors and bathroom mirrors marked,wardrobe in our room even with key could just be pulled open by anyone. The pillows that my husband were sleeping on were old,stained and smelly,really the job of cleaners to report,after three days my husband complained to management,who promplety changed them,so problem was sorted,but more care needs to be done by cleaning staff

Above my expectations, the hotel is not new, but well maintained, everything is in good condition, fast internet. Beach was just 1 minute walk from my room. I had breakfast with sunrise watching each day. The pool has a lovely view to ocean. Most of the people who stayed in the hotel are 50y or older which is good because it was calm and relaxing, no noise or parties.

It will be great to replace old TV's in rooms with something modern, but not a big deal

Besakih is in a great position on Sanur beach. Close to restaurants and bars.

Although comfortable, the owner needs to spend money on the rooms. We have been staying at Besakih for the last 20 years and just accept it, but new stayers do talk about the need for room renovations.

Excellent location. Beach front, great view. Nice pool area, however I think the pool walls could have been cleaner. Staff were friendly. The food was good. The rooms were fairly basic, but were clean and comfortable with plenty of room. You have to keep in mind that the Besakih is an original resort that has been there since 1975. I would stay there again purely for the location and the beach front. The price is very reasonable considering where it is.

The staff & guests are all so nice & everyone says hello & many have a chat. It’s peaceful & friendly. Older crowd so no screaming kids is nice. The location with the pool & beach is really nice. At night the walk to icon is very pretty. I extended 1 night.

The mattress needs to be of a much higher standard. it’s not comfortable & for the price per night can be replaced with a new one would be respectful to their guests & only 2 pillows on a double bed is below standard. Tv fuzzy should be fixed with a new cable not left like this. Also the communal area with pool table & old stacked up chairs is a disgrace really. Still enjoyed my stay & would return

Right on the beach with own sun lounges. Great pool area. Gardens well maintained. Staff very friendly and efficient. Good breakfast. Close to other restaurants, etc. Only downside, but not a negative, is that rooms are a bit tired looking, but understandable for age. Having a late night flight from Bali we were able to a late checkout to 6.30 with full use of facilities for 50% of room rate.

Nothing really to complain about at all.
