Our unit was very well equipped (Illy coffee machine)and extremely spacious with a sheltered terrace which we used early morning for tea/ coffee and later in the day for relaxation. Everything about the villa is spotless and well maintained including the generous sized pool. It was great to have a ground floor villa, close to the communal leisure area and the pool. Location is an 7/8 minute stroll to the main drag, restaurants, mini marts and shops. Out the rear entrance finds you on the beachfront, walking and cycling paths, lounges and the villa’s snack bar Crema, where delicious breakfasts can be purchased. The staff at Crema were also very friendly. From arrival to departure all staff were very obliging and helpful but especially Putri who could not do enough for us. We would definitely stay there again. We particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet and the privacy.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Krisna came in on her day off with flowers that we ordered for a friend's birthday and the staff decorated her room beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble, even allowing us to keep our bags and use the pool after checkout while waiting for our flight. The location is perfect, close to many great cafes, restaurants and bars which can be accessed by the beachside boardwalk. You don't really have to go out on the busy main road at all. Loved that this was just a small complex with only seven rooms, so the pool area is not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

I don't think there was anything!

If the ocean had been cleaner the location would have been perfect. Just a short walk to the main street with plenty of cafe's restaurants and other shops. Nice gardens and a fully functioning kitchen on the property. Comfortable pool loungers.

Unfortunately on my first night i found a blood stain on the sheet that seemed to be fresh, it was late so i slept on the other side. It was a disappointment as it was an expensive stay. Also discovered stains on pillow case as well. Reported this to the staff who organized to change bedding, but no feed back after. I have stayed in a lot of hotels etc in my travels and i think connecting with the staff is an important part of the journey, didn't get that here.

Great location, excellent pool, beautiful gardens, fresh drinking water available WITHOUT PLASTIC BOTTLES!! Cafe / resto next door serves the best coffee! Located close to shops and Main Street.

The room description is misleading stating twin deluxe with garden view while our view was a concrete wall and no terrace or balcony. Value for money not met as rooms are standard yet very expensive.

Villa Pantai Karang is in a fabulous location being very private & quiet while having direct access to the beach and the beachfront walkway, as well as walking access to many eating options, from Wurungs to finer dining either in the streets behind or along the beachside walkway. The swimming pool is wonderful, being large & clean with ample pool loungers and pool towels available. Access to the Crema Cafe while poolside, with delivery to you, was lovely & much enjoyed during our 4-night stay as a family group of 6 adults. We had 3 garden view rooms, which were large, comfortable & clean. The gardens are stunning and beautifully maintained. Good security at the property entry, great shopping nearby. Access to filtered water is freely available. Happy to stay here again.

The rooms would benefit from a refresh & interior repaint, considering their cost, even though the location, setting & overall property presentation was excellent. Luggage racks would be useful.

Amazing location on the beach. Room was very spacious & well appointed. Pool area was lovely with enough lounges for the guests. Also specific beach lounges. Quiet location.

The breakfast was in a cafe next to hotel on the beach. It was average with limited choices, not up to a 5 star standard. We asked for an extra piece of toast as the breakfast only came with one piece. We were then charged 20,000! There was algae btw the tiles in the pool everywhere. Told the manager who seem disinterested. I told the pool boy who scrubbed it for a minute which did nothing. They never balance the pool but just heavy dose it with chlorine. Not good enough. But would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful beachfront location. The breakfast menu was very good with healthy choices and served either on the beach or in our room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The gardens were well established and very well maintained. There was a beachfront walking path linking our accommodation to other beachfront restaurants and cafes, some with live music. We were spoilt for choice as far as shopping goes, and again the perfect location within walking distance to some beautiful boutiques.

The property was not well signposted when arriving for the first time.

This is our 3rd stay at the villa and Location is everything . Our room although at the back of the property is 1 of only 7 rooms and although we had no view it was very quiet , peaceful and very private. Housekeeping kept our room clean and the overall size of the room was great. Loungers at the pool and the beach were easy to get and the gardens surrounding the villa are beautiful with great access to the beach and the cafe next door. We chose not to have breakfast included as lots of places to choose along the beach strip and the street. Location on the beach but also close to the street is the best .

Reception only covered some of the time which can be hard if you need help with something . Would go back tomorrow though !

The accommodation was wonderful, in a beautiful setting right next to the beach. The rooms are little bungalows scattered around the grounds, so you feel at time that you are the only person staying The garden is beautiful, the pool is a good size and the water is warm I especially loved the outdoor living areas where you can escape from the hot sun and relax on a sofa or Balinese bed The staff were lovely and extremely helpful Loved that breakfast was taken on the beach, with the cafe staff also very friendly. Fresh fruit, fresh juice and pineapple pancakes were amazing

The villas are set on the beach front, with beach access just through a gate. It is very peaceful and quiet, as there are only about 7 villas in the complex. The pools is a decent size and there are two lovely outdoor lounge areas in which to relax, surrounded by the tropical gardens. The included breakfast is at the beach front cafe, and provides a reasonable range of choices. It is very pleasant to eat breakfast while enjoying the water views and watching the endless parade of cyclists and pedestrians on the esplanade pathway. The cafe is open until 8:00pm, so simple meals, afternoon teas, snacks etc are available. Other restaurant options can be found out on the main road, or along the esplanade pathway. There is a new shopping mall a short walk away.

The staff on Reception were not always easy to find, as there did not seem to be a definite timetable. The bed was a little on the firm side for our liking, but we adjusted to it.
