Grounds ar great with room to move and for privacy. We were given our requested room which was ideal for location and layout. Staff at management, reception, restaurant, cleaners and grounds maintenance were friendly and helpful. Visitors were made to feel welcome. Restaurant location and layout was ideal.

A la carte menu has been reduced over last year and is fairly limited, although all items tried were well cooked, presented and served with a smile. For me, used to cool ocean water, the swimming pool was too hot (water temperature) and almost unuseable during the hot afternoon. It did not seem to deter the European guests or children.

Nice large room some are being renovated at the moment, so all will be updated, pity the change they will lose the Balinese feel as wooden doors and windows are going. Food at breakfast was nice however not much hot food unless you like Asian or eggs. Located in a gated area on beach but still easy walk to main street to cafe and restaurants shops and convenience stores all at hand. Restaurant staff are friendly quick and helpful room staff and happy helpful people.

I don't like staying it, but reception staff really do not have a good grip and foreign language and it is extremely difficult to communicate with them on the needs. one simple request to collect bags from room at a certain time so we could leave on time for airport was frustrating to the point that as person with back issue I was at point to go collect myself Luckly my driver went and collected.

Location was amazing, staff lovely and pool nice and clean.

The beds were hard, rooms smelt musty and the breakfast was average.

Staff were great , always helpful & friendly . The staff in the breakfast restaurant were really good , every day working as a team and striving to give the best service, they were really good, The layout of the rooms was great. Each morning walking towards the beach and restaurant it was lovely walking through the beautiful gardens and tree lined walkway really nice. The pool was great always clean , the room was cleaned every day. Such a nice place I would go back.

Mmm the WiFi and internet access was poor. The aircon in my room was only performing at about 20% I did raise it, someone looked at it and …, nothing, shame really because if it had not been for these two issues my rating would of been an excellent one.

Beautiful buildings and gardens, great pool - in fact better than the website pictures indicate. Great setting right on the water and next to a very buzzy walking/running/biking path. Simple but nice breakfast looking over the water, with great staff.

'Standard' room is a bit dated but perfectly fine for our needs. Note however that, the booking.com website provides a triple room option when you select 2 adults and 2 children - it has 3 single beds only with no room for more to be added. Our kids shared a single bed, but might not work for others.

The location of the accommodation was ideal—just a short walk to great restaurants, right on the beach, and only five minutes from Icon. The rooms were spotless, as they were cleaned daily. My only minor complaint was the lighting, which was quite dim due to the lack of glass windows. To brighten the room, we had to open the doors, but this let mosquitoes in and the air conditioning out. The breakfast, however, was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food selection was varied and satisfying, with options like fried noodles and rice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, eggs, and juice.

The balconies for each room were connected, which made it feel less private, as you could walk directly to the next room. However, we didn't experience any issues with theft or noise from other guests. The area was peaceful and quiet, offering a very pleasant atmosphere overall. The laundry service was quite expensive, as they charged per item, so I’d recommend using the laundries along the Main Street, where they charge by the kilo and offer better value

Amazing location right on the beach and very helpful staff. The pool was nice and the complimentary breakfast was simple but a nice touch.

The bathroom was very basic and in need of repair.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was nice. The massage was really good and not too expensive. I like the gamelan music and the view of the beach.

The pool was too hot. A bit expensive thé accommodation.

Rooms quiet and clean, lovely gardens and right on to sanur beach front for pool and breakfast.

Rooms booked did not look like rooms given. Had to talk to reception and was changed to rooms that were actually pictured on booking.com. Triple room was very cramped and again upgraded to a more appropriate room( extra cost however)

Great room upstairs, excellent position - private and quiet location but handy to all and on the beachfront. Good breakfast and as usual lovely staff.

Pool area is small making it difficult to get a lounge at times - especially away from Smokers! Beachfront lounges are great but can also be difficult to secure.
