Comfortable, quiet, good location, basic breakfast included (although unclear in listing), good large and clean pool..

Requested twin beds on booking.com but staff were unaware and had to change setup after our arrival, second duvet inner had to be requested as not initially provided, "free bikes" selected on booking.com were actually for daily rent, very basic kitchen amenities (not enough to actually cook anything beyond instant noodles), no extra beds available contrary to booking.com listing, staff sometimes disinterested and unhelpful, lacking coordination in some respects due to deficient management structure..

Room was large, pool and gardens were beautifully maintained. Quiet location not too far a walk from shops and restaurants.

It’s a little run down but everything worked as it should and the room could do with a good deep clean as opposed to just a surface clean. But these are only minor complaints it wouldn’t deter me from staying again.

Sweet little villa on back streets of Sanur beach side of highway Bit of a walk to get around but look where we are !!!! Exploring is part of your adventures I give gratitude for being in a beautuful country where smiley faces greet you everywhere and the locals are happy to meet you and offer advise when needed.

The location was great. The facilities were clean. The pool was brilliant. Great value for money.

The young lady and guy at the reception were very helpful at check in and throughout our stay :) The location is fantastic - 10 mins walk from Sindhu night market and main street, an Indonesia warung right next door, Flower's warung 2 mins walk south, laundry place 1 minute walk south, extremely functional for us long-term travelers. Room is lovely and clean, good for two people. The pools and floral arrangements, feels like a paradise at a very affordable cost!

The older lady at checkout wasn't as nice, she didn't smile, looked annoyed :( The towels are hit or miss, some are good some are very old and thin, should upgrade

Location is very good, good walking distance to most Sanur attractions. Swimming pool is very good, the villa area is well maintained and is a pleasure to hang out outside. Naturally surrounded by trees and the sound of wild life can be heard which is very relaxing.

The bathroom in our villa is not maintained, the bath cannot be used as it's simply dirty and need proper scrubbing, also the drain was very dirty and creates strong smell.

Pool was good and set in shady environment. has lots of fruit trees and plants. Room was big and comfortable.

Breakfast was limited with only one option and no indonesian option. Room could do with some light curtain on upstairs windows ( 2 story) as light is very bright on the one side. No water provided or tea and coffee in the room despite having stove and cooking facilities.

Rooms were spacious. The pool was a good size running between the villas on either side. It is within easy walking distance from Sindhu night markets and Jalan Tamblingan.

Payment is made on arrival and a fee is charged if pay by credit card. That is ok but it would have been good if this is mentioned when the booking is made at Booking.com

We loved the villa. The ONLY downfall was that the kitchen was a bit old and broken down (cabinets) everything else was fine. It has two floors. A bed upstairs and a half bathroom. Downstairs there's another big bed, big full bathroom and opened kitchen. The pool was the BEST! we also rented out motorbike from the front desk. Do know that you have to buy the gas if you plan on cooking. The villa far exceeded our expectations. Pictures don't capture. We will come back here. Thank you.
