Spotless hotel with lovely big rooms, hot showers and comfy beds. Great breakfast options. A bit away from the hustle and bustle of the beachfront but they have a free shuttle to take you to the busy part of Sanur. $2/3 aud bluebird cab back.

Very nice and convenient hotel to stay in. We booked it for two nights as a place to take a break before heading off elsewhere. Very big rooms and well maintained, staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly. Did not try any of the meals in the restaurant there but it always seemed busy there which was a good sign. We did order room service once though and it went to the bin, other than the platter of fresh fruit. The location is very decent and very close to the harbour . Beds were very comfy.

The second and bottom floors are noisy chairs can be heard through roof dragging across the floors and people in middle of night moving around. Stay on 3rd floor if u can

A beautiful hotel that is really well maintained with friendly and helpful staff

The location is terrible at a 24-hour, very busy road. Trying to cross it or walking along on it is taking a huge chance on your safety.

I like the following: 1.Rooms: Rooms (AC rooms)were clean and tidy; staff was very nice and helpful- thanks to reception - sunnu and fiddi. Room services were great as rooms were getting cleaned everyday. The bathrooms were modern with all required amenities- modern toilets, clean bathing area, clean towels, dryer , in fact they provided all the personal supplies on a daily basis. 2.Restaurant: The restaurant staff was very accommodating and providing services based on your needs and dietary requirements - thanks to the entire restaurant staff. The breakfast was good with many options one can choose from. You can opt for fresh juices and vegan meals. 3. Pool: The pool was wonderful and surrounding pool area was well maintained. My kids definitely enjoyed the pool. 4. Location: Hotel’s distance to the beach was just 10 mins walk and it is not far from sunnor market area, clubs and restaurants.

- The room I checked-in had a faulty AC, however they changed the room immediately but I would suggest ppl to check the ac😊 as first task after checking-I’m - Passive smoking gives me migraines so personally I did not like people smoking in the restaurant or near to the pool side. They should have proper smoking zones and should not allow smoking everywhere. - Pool side is little bit slippery but not that much of an issue bcuz the staff was regularly mopping the floor

The rooms are very spacious, bright and clean. The bed is very comfortable, there is a large balcony, flirting and bathroom are all in stone. It’s very classical European style so not your typical Bali hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff amazing. You can walk to the beach in 15 min and there are many shops nearby. You can use the app Gojek and get everything delivered to you of you don’t feel like walking.

First it’s located right on the bypass so good luck trying to cross over, you do feel like you are on the edge of a highway. The style can please some but if you are looking for a typical Balinese experience, you might not feel that in this hotel. Being so close to the road and central, it’s quite noisy.

The hotel was nice, clean, and the breakfast was good. The staff were very kind. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a stay here. The location isn't perfect, but it's only a few minutes’ walk to the beach or the town center.

One downside was the loose power outlets – most of them didn’t have a good connection, so I couldn’t charge my phone properly. After two hours of “charging,” I realized the battery level hadn’t changed at all. Only one outlet actually worked reliably. What really bothered me was the constant music – the same repetitive melody playing everywhere. Personally, it ruined the peaceful vibe of breakfast for me; I would have much preferred silence. I used the laundry service – everything was fine, the clothes were returned the same day and smelled nice. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the price beforehand, and compared to my past experience with local laundries, their rate seemed unreasonably high – I usually pay about four times less. It felt unnecessarily expensive.

This hotel is quite convenient, a short walk down a few alleyways to the beach and the large Icon shopping centre. The room was clean and we could enter the pool from it. The patio is extremely small it just fits two chairs and to get back to your room after a swim you have to walk down the corridors if you forget to take a towel to the other side of the pool first which is strange so there isn’t much value in having a pool room.

We found the restaurant a little strange one night it was closed without warning, we would have gone out but with the very busy road outside this hotel we ended up having room service which was disappointing as had we known we would have stayed out and eaten at the beach.

Restaurant needs to improve the quality of food both via room service and in the restaurant, left a lot to be desired pizza tasted like cardboard and undercooked chicken wrap 2 cubes of chicken in it. Ordered at restaurant and served me up lasagne that had obviously been sitting there was so tough, nearly broke my teeth on it, I did advise staff at the time food was disappointing, lucky we ordered french fries which filled us up. Breakfast is very good, and plentiful ,For our other meal requirements we chose to get takeaway via gojek, after two meals at resto

The grand palace hotel was nice and clean. The pool was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are a little firm, but if you like a firm mattress then perfect. The local is a little way out from the more touristy parts of sanur but honestly doesn't take long to walk there. Even the beach wasn't far to walk and the Icon mall was easy enough to walk to. A lot of the eateries in sanur are cheaper then Kuta area.

The hotel was fine. Walls are a little thin so can hear luggage and trollies fairly loudly in the morning being carted around oit side. Other then that we enjoyed our stay. The only other thing not really related to the hotel is that the foot paths on the road out sid the hotel are in poor condition and can make walking a little tricky, but once you get in to.the more touisty areas the footpath are fine
