We stayed in a two bedroom villa. The space was really generous and extremely clean and the outdoor showers were especially gorgeous. Note the two bedrooms don’t connect to each other or the living space but it’s all laid out beautifully around the pool. The landscaping is stunning and the restaurant was nice to have. The food was very good with lots of choice and they do some themed evenings with live music. All the staff were lovely and friendly and the shuttle to town was great but it’s also an extremely close walk to the beach or shops.

Our only issue was a slight smell in the living space which they rectified. I think this was due to storms and mosquito treatment.

The 2 bedroom villa with pool was beautiful and so spacious - I can’t believe what amazing value for money it was. Also the food served was delicious. We enjoyed a superb breakfast each morning and ate dinner in our villa ordered from room service each evening. Everything we tried was cooked to perfection. The courtesy car to take us into town was a bonus and the WhatsApp to communicate requests worked really well. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definately give 10/10.

The only negative was that the fountains in the swimming pool came on too early (6.30 am) which woke me up each morning earlier than I would have liked. They are on a timer so maybe 8.30 would have been better.

Pretty much everything was perfect. The villas and complex were luxurious and clean, the food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. We had breakfast served to our villa and ate it on our terrace every day. The spa offered exceptional value, with facials better than the UK for around £30. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from anywhere you want in Sanur, which was really handy. The private pool was a great temperature and cleaned out daily. There isn’t anything we could fault about the place. You’re only a 10 minute walk or 4 minute drive from the Icon shopping mall, which also has a huge selection of places to eat, American, European, all kinds of Asian.

The welcome drinks were refreshing and snacks were yummy too. Supplying us with 19 litres water was brilliant. It cuts down on plastic water bottles and we didn’t have to boil water. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean and well-stocked. I left my diamond ring on the toilet sink and when I returned in the evening, it was still there. A big shout out to the housekeeper who helped make sure I get back my ring. The receptionist always got our room key ready for us each time we returned to the villa. The food was yummy and we love the cocktails.

It would be great if the main bedroom is connected to the living area by a door so we need not walk out of our room to the living room especially when it was raining heavily during our stay.

Property is gorgeous. Gardens are lush and beautiful. The villa was beautiful. We had the 2 bedroom villa. Villa and pool was huge. The rooms unfortunately smell of dampness and mould but they supply a spray for the room which we used all the time. Staff are mostly helpful and will do anything for you. Breakfast options are good and mostly tasty.

The location is far from the beach. It is down a side street away from the main strip of shops and markets so a bit of a walk. They did have a driver that would take us places and pick us up. The check in and check out process was not very professional. They have a lot of new staff that don’t really know what is going on. Doesn’t give it a very 5 star feeling.

Very private accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our private pool after days in Bali's heat & humidity then into our comfortable air conditioned bedroom complete with insect repellent! Our villa was exactly as pictured in the promotional material. Included breakfast in the on-site restaurant each morning was a great way to discover Balinese foods with an extensive menu. We enjoyed 2 dinners there as well instead of going off site. I had a really wonderful massage with Devie and Jay enjoyed his pedicure. Transportation provided (when stay is 3+ days) from the cruise port to the Villas on our arrival and to the airport at our departure. We opted to extend our last day and check out at 6 p.m. instead of noon as our flight was not until 9:30 that evening for a reasonable half the room rate! A great value for the privacy & foods offered! HIGHLY recommend!

As the ceilings are high, the air conditioner really had to work hard to keep the bedroom cool. Although the drapes kept the light out well, our blinds on the side windows (at the alcove) needed some attention (light leaked in right onto the head of our bed). I would rather have had a couple of small chairs with a table between them instead of the bench cushion as we ended up sitting on our bed a lot. Lighting was a bit dim as well.

Amazing atmosphere. Tranquil and serene. All staff was extremely nice and attentive. Amazing gardens! Lots of squirrels running around, very cute. Room was spacious, private and clean. Shuttle service was super handy and all drivers very friendly.

Pool had no stairs to get in and out. There is a 1.10 mt plunge you have to take. Pool was in need of extra care ( it was definately clean but needed new hardware). Outside shower had bad temperature regulation and pressure. Bread and pastries could be much better, but in general breakfast was good.

The service provided by staff was impeccable. I requested from the property that security be present on our arrival as we had a situation with the taxi driver. Security was present and they dealt with the taxi driver, and explained to me everything that was said, and we avoided further angst. The one-bedroom villa with a pool was our private sanctuary, and very comfortable. Location was not an issue as the premises provided a shuttle at 15mins notice, for both drop off and pick up. Breakfast was adequate.

All staff provided warm, friendly and attentive customer service. Adit did a great job organising a day tour for me. The food was absolutely delicious. The quality of service in the spa was also excellent. The villa was spacious and I used the clean, fresh pool every day. The airport shuttle service was perfect, both to and from. Mahagiri is a small, intimate space with lush, well cared for grounds. Fantastic location - only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

That I had to leave! 😃

What a gem of a place! Where to start? Fabulous villas-luxurious, outdoor private shower, steaming hot water, spotless, beautiful gardens throughout villas and common areas, mosquito treatments Terrific staff-nothing was too difficult, always welcoming Food, food, FOOD- eye watering selection, completely delicious, it was death by breakfast cooked to order-Balinese, Indonesian, Western, vegetarian. Best crispy bacon I've had in a long time. Mouth is watering as I write this. Quiet Private transfers to and from airport Shuttle transfer to main street of Sanur every 15 mins. After 6 years have found my home in Bali. Many thanks.
