The property is immersed in nature with fabulous views. The pools and facilities were great with an option of a warm pool. The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond... so personal and accommodating! Shuttle service was great as the town central is a distance from the hotel.

The only area that needs to improve is the food. Though the food is fine, it definitely is not at par with the exceptional property. Having spent a while in Ubud and eaten in various restaurants, there is room to improve. Especially since the hotel is far and option of other food places would require a taxi ride.The hotel only has one operating restaurant.

Beautiful villa and hotel with extremely lovely staff. The breakfast and food options were great and nicely priced. We loved the afternoon tea and the free activities each day, especially the free yoga class in the morning. The free shuttle to town was so good too. The choice of pools were also great. We also tried the spa which was an amazing massage although more pricey but totally worth it. The view into the jungle was amazing and made us feel so serene and relaxed. Our villa was stunning and the cleaning service was so good and discreet. Definitely would come back to this hotel, very classy and good value for money.

The only thing is the villa pool was quite cold for us but we knew it would be the case going at the dry season and it was a bit more cold in Ubud during that time. So not a big deal at all and we wouldn't fault the hotel for that. It was good to have a heated pool near the restaurant to swim still. Another thing is that you can't really walk out of the resort anywhere but it's not so much of an issue if you just want to chill there and enjoy the facilities. We still took the shuttle to town and we could ride our own bikes so not a big problem.

The breakfast was amazing. Big portions and the staff went out of their way to accommodate dietary changes , and always with a smile. Dinner was equally great and much better quality than some pricier places. The staff were exemplary, especially front desk and Minah and her team in the restaurant. They always went out of their way. The location was gorgeous. The huge infinity pools were beautiful with a rainforest background. Highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious retreat.

Firstly, We found it impressive that the hotel staff provided warm hospitality. In particular, the female receptionist at the front desk warmly greeted us with a smile and served us welcome drinks, explained the facilities and points of interest, and escorted us to our room. This was a truly remarkable service. Upon entering the room, we were met with a spacious bedroom, a cozy living space and a private pool, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the thoughtful touches like mosquito repellent and bath salts were impressive. The dining experience at the hotel restaurant was also excellent. The handmade dishes made from fresh local ingredients were satisfying. The staff's attitude to exceed our satisfaction was also impressive. During our stay, we were promptly and courteously responded to even with minor requests or questions. Furthermore, once the staff had addressed a request or question, it was shared with all staff, and everyone had a good understanding of it. The staff at the hotel, including the room service and engineers, were all professionals. Interestingly, we also dined at a nearby five-star hotel during our stay. Although the cuisine was delicious and visually appealing, the service was very disappointing, such as the manager only taking orders and leaving the food service and dish clearing to the busboy-level waiter and letting a big dish drop knives and forks onto the mat without picking them up. The price was about 10 times higher. Staying at this hotel gave us more than just a comfortable stay. We were touched by everything, including meeting the staff, the beautiful scenery, and the delicious food. We were so moved that we changed our plans and stayed again. We hope to stay at this hotel again in the future.

We came here several times. The location is great and has a nice view. The staff is exceptional friendly and organized. Especially our drivers we loved, they are outstanding compared with all other transfers we did in Indonesia. Perfect place for us.

This time we werent so lucky with the restaurant, especially with the big construction in front and the noise. We liked the staff there very much, but not the influenca of the ill guy serving without mask ( mangement task) We understand the construction needs for the new area, but it wasn t so easy to escape the noise as they worked also in the other areas a lot with chainsaw and other tools during the day. My advice would be to move the restaurant temporarily and limit the other noise, e.g. by teaching the gardener in how to use a chainsaw …by the way: Stihl has also electrical ones.

We stayed at your hotel as a couple. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having both an outdoor and an indoor shower separately was a great advantage. Also, the size of the private pool in the room was sufficient. The two sinks and individual lockers for each person allowed us to stay organized without any clutter. It was wonderful that no one from outside could see into our room. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and cheerful. They prepared the room every day, making it ready for us to start the day and to go to sleep at night. Moreover, the beds were extremely comfortable.

The breakfast felt a bit limited. I would have liked to enjoy more tropical fruits. Also, in order to use the private pool in the room, you need to request for the surrounding area to be prepared in advance, which can be inconvenient if you don’t always want to plan ahead. The hotel is located a bit far from Ubud center, so we occasionally found ourselves stuck in traffic. It would have been lovely to have an infinity pool on site, as it would allow for a more comfortable view of the valley while swimming. Currently, you need to go to the main pool area for that experience. Lastly, some areas of the hotel were under renovation during our stay, and while the nature sounds were soothing, hearing construction noises during the day from our room was a bit disappointing

Hi the villas with the private pool was very spacious, had 2 pool chairs and canopy bed on side for your private times , the view from pool was dense forest view , Very spacious room with 2 sofas for 5 to 6 people with small round dining table on the corner And cozy canopy bed in the center , Single stone huge tub was good for couple , Breakfast was good with limited spread but they provide what you want ,again with forest view and pool view, Special Thanks to front office staff Gung anom and listya for making our stay super comfy , felt so overwhelmed with their friendliness. Really means a ALLOTT.

Phenomenal experience. All staff are very experienced and highly trained with good English language and an understanding of good customer care and service. The facilities were exceptional. Very clean. Food was amazing. Every time you go back to your room it has been cleaned and tidied. No need to worry about your possessions as they are exactly how they were with no risk. I initially had to cancel another villa close by due to a bug infestation. This villa had everything controlled. Stay here, they are an established company with multiple branches, you will not regret it.

kindness of the staff and their willingness to help. the 3-5pm tea time served pool side or in the room spacious room, great bed, hot shower and hot outside bath tub. the villa is designed that you have a wonderful view of the jungle but no one can see neither inside your villa nor your pool. we extended our stay once and would have extended a second time if we could have!

All was perfect: Yes there were frog noises in the pond behind our villa and they were very loud. nevertheless when we called the reception they send three staff members with nets to remove them. they also used a smelly product to make sure they wouldn't return. is the pool cold? not at all. we spent plenty of time in it with the kid.

Service, food and accommodation facilities were outstanding. The pools were amazing. Spa facilities are excellent. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Will be recommending this place to family and friends.

Was a little far from central Ubud, so be sure to factor in a 25minute taxi fare into your budget. But still great location for those looking for a quiet secluded getaway
