We stayed in at Abisena for a week and can say that the hotel is better in person than the pictures!!!! It is truly the perfect peaceful jungle escape. The rooms are decorated and kept to a high cleanliness standard, with the best amenities. We stayed in the Terrace Villa and is well worth every penny! The team that work there are amazing and made us feel so at home and safe. They helped us experience true authentic balinese food as well as the culture through day trips. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay the best it could be. You would be crazy not to stay here! We can't wait to come back!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Abisena. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The rooms were spotless, well-furnished, and had all the amenities you could need. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the small details like complimentary bottled water and high-quality toiletries. Whilst the location isn’t close to the city, the staff are happy to take you or help you get anything you need in town. Breakfast was fresh and offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel’s decor is modern yet cozy, making it feel like a home away from home.

The location was stunning and the staff was the friendliest of any hotel I’ve been to. Everyone remembered out names and were extremely helpful in suggesting things to do in Ubud

The view and ambience was great but the staff was what made the trip amazing for us! Anggi, Vinna, Gita, and everyone we encountered was remarkable. They made our vacation seamless. Great communication, daily entertainment, vibes, and a great menu!! We will be back!!

Everything was great for the most part. We didn’t like that one evening one butler guy was ringing our doorbell (we were resting) and after we didn’t come answer the door, they allowed themselves in to come knock on the glass door. If someone doesn’t answer the primary door, there’s a reason. Call or come back at a later time🙏🏾

We really loved our room! We also liked the complimentary welcome massage and all the spa options! Staff was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive! Very safe, clean and romantic! We loved that we hardly saw any other couples while at the resort. Really made us feel special.

Pools were freezing. Water temps in the shower were also freezing. I would suggest having a spa menu in the rooms so people can browse and book. Was also disappointed that when we asked about the hot tubs and areas like that tht were included in the spa, they were not 'up and running'

The place is very wonderful and has a beautiful design, and is quiet, and all the employees, without exception, are friendly.

everything about this resort is absolutely spectacular. we had the best experience starting from the very nice staff to the comfy bed rooms and beautiful views. the rooms are very clean and neat.

gym needs renovation.

The resort was absolutely amazing. They built it in the middle of a tropical jungle. So peaceful and beautiful. A must to see!!!

I have nothing bad to say.

I stayed here as part of my honeymoon in Bali. I had booked this as my last hotel of the trip. I was received by an excellent host at the front counter who looked after us even though we arrived quite early. The rooms are large sized, and a nice flower bath was set up for us! The bathrooms are very big and sleeping in the bed was peaceful. I had arrived from another Hotel in the area which completely disappointed me, this was the opposite, I was impressed immediately. The private pool was also a nice addition as well as the evening complimentary cake and chocolate. The view from the pool is absolutely stunning with full privacy. The restaurant is well priced and the Spa was cheap compared to other 5 star resorts. The mini bar was reasonably priced and it's the only place I found providing a decent full English breakfast with beans! (All you can eat) The staff are amazing here and really give the place a welcoming vibe. They all seem like genuinely nice people, from the Spa to the Bar, to the restaurant, and the housekeeping. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I would like to personally thank Anngii and Gung Gek, who were the loveliest people and made our stay exceptional and memorable. I will look to return to Bali and stay at this resort.
