The hotel was just amazing, in all aspects… In the heart of the jungle… with great view.. one of the greatest hotel staff I have ever dealt with , always happy and smile and willing to help.. the breakfast was good .. the restaurant is great with almost all kind of cuisines… walking into the hotel is something I have never experienced it , it’s like jumanji movie ( in a good way ) ..

Nothing about the hotel itself.. Just since the hotel is in the middle of the jungle, do expect some insects and so , which is very common everywhere in Ubud , not in the hotel only .. and the hotel provide some tools to minimize this and they do clean the room twice a day as well..

The staff were incredibly kind, and the location makes you feel as though you’re in the heart of the jungle, offering a sense of privacy and tranquility and l loved the option of bringing the breakfast, lunch , dinner to the room.

There were quite a few lizards and insects around which is quite normal in the jungle, the breakfast options were limited, and there were some mosquitoes in the spa.

Great landscaping, beautiful view, lovely private pool, wifi across the property. Spa was value for money. Friendly staff.

Half the room was bathroom and toilet. Bedroom area could have been bigger instead. Restaurant was overpriced for the food quality. Restaurant water was overpriced. Wifi was going off on and off on some days. Could not experience all activities due to heavy rains.

Our first accommodation in Bali was also the best out of the five we stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in paradise. We've stayed in many resorts, but the level of perfectionism in both lodging and service here is unparalleled. The staff is exceptionally well-trained, friendly, and kind. A special thanks to Arista for everything. The rooms meet high standards, and the overall experience is dreamlike. We will definitely be returning! If you're planning a trip to Ubud, don't hesitate and choose Natya with confidence!

The staff was beyond accommodating. Extremely friendly and very personable. The location of the resort with the views was exceptional. Great value for resort.

The room had ants and mosquitoes that bit us a lot. The ac unit was dripping water continuously on the floor. Would like a few more options in the restaurant. The biggest thing did not like was having to leave 😕

This place is just a little paradise! the location is spectacular, the staff so nice, the view unbelievable...it was a dream! even more than we expected! thank you all! A stay to remember! Quite, nice, close to Ubud and also great breakfast and good food for dinner! Truly reccomended

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Natya Resort in Ubud, and it was an unforgettable experience. The resort is absolutely majestic, with spacious villas that include private pools and offer stunning views of the wild jungles. The scenery alone is worth the visit, as the lush greenery and exotic birds create a serene and enchanting atmosphere. The territory of the resort is meticulously maintained, with verdant landscapes that make for a tranquil stay. It's a paradise for nature lovers, full of beautiful birds and vibrant flora. Breakfast at the resort is à la carte and quite decent, providing a good start to the day with a variety of options. The quality and presentation of the food are commendable. A special mention must go to the staff at Natya Resort. They truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have an impeccable stay. The reception team, particularly Ayu, Arista, Ria, and Arta, were extremely helpful and friendly. They were always ready to address any issues and made every effort to enhance our experience. The restaurant team was no less impressive. Super attentive and quick to serve, they also took the time to recommend dishes, all with the most sincere smiles and positive attitudes. Their exceptional service added a personal touch to our dining experiences. Our villa was a highlight on its own. It was clean, authentic, and offered breathtaking jungle views. The indoor and outdoor showers, a huge bath, and a great terrace with a private pool made our stay exceptionally comfortable. What stood out was the resort's commitment to sustainability—no plastic in sight, with all materials made out of wood. This eco-friendly approach added a unique charm to the luxury experience. In summary, Natya Resort in Ubud is a splendid destination that offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, luxurious accommodation, and outstanding service. Spa did not have facilities except massage rooms, but massage was awesome!

The entire location just ooozed Romance. Set in a lush tropical jungle, each villa with it's own privacy. Out door pool, lounging cabana, outdoor shower. The staff was very customer service oriented, looked after your every need and went above and beyond. The spa facitlies were excellent, got a Pedi/Mani while enjoying the jungle surroundings outside. I could go on and on....look forward to sending my daughter there on her honeymoon one of these days! Can't recommend it enough.

The only thing I would recommend they do is be a little more consicious where they locate guests that are traveling with smaller children. Luckily I was not on my honeymoon, but the villa next to us had a child about 3-4 years of age that on 2 different occasions was extremly noisy (screaming) outside and while using their pool. Wanted dinner outside by our pool but opted for inside due to the childs trantrum that lasted quite a while.

The check-in process and welcome drinks upon our arrival were exceptional. We were warmly greeted with flowers and refreshing cold towels. Checking in was efficient and smooth. The staff even acknowledged my birthday upon arrival, and they remained very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. These thoughtful gestures made our experience truly unforgettable. Additionally, the food was amazing, and our relaxing couples massages were the best we've had in Bali. As a result, my wife and I are already planning our second trip back. Again, a huge shout-out to the whole team of staff for making our stay so memorable. This place exceeded all our expectations. We only regret not staying longer.

The location is about 40mins from centre of Ubud, but the view is spectacular. There is a courtesy car that takes you to the centre. The rooms are unique as the grounds of the hotel. There are many steps so would not suit a less abled person. There are complimentary walks to the rice fields, yoga and extra activities like cooking lessons (for a fee). The villa with its own pool is very secluded and not overlooked. Little touches like mosquito spray both for the room and your body was very thoughtful. I did not get bitten once! The staff are all very friendly and can not do enough for you. Complimentary afternoon tea was a particular delight and a chance to unwind further if you had been out all day.

Not suitable for wheelchair users. Many steps all through the grounds.
