This villa is simply huge! The lawn and pool areas are enough to construct a high rise apartment building. Bedrooms are beautiful and well appointed, the surroundings are serene, each bathroom is perfect for honeymooners or families alike. The rooms are far apart giving every couple in a large group their own private space. The staff are hospitable and always ready to help. You should literally plan to stay in for a day and take a break on the grounds - go for a nature walk, read a book and swim. The photos don't do this villa justice at all, it's much more beautiful and you will feel like a millionaire when you stay here.

I can't find anything to improve here. Only thing disappointing is that the manager told us they won't be accepting any bookings for the main villa after June 2024. It was a dream stay for us and we would have loved to stay here again next time we visit Ubud with our parents.

Fabulous villa. Super spacious. A little frayed at the edges. Gorgeous garden with quiet location far enough from the traffic of Ubud. Fantastic staff, so friendly and Kind. The staff were always on hand but v discreet and kept out of the way. Felt safe as there were staff on site 24 hours. Good TV for Netflix, good wifi. Clean. Towels and linen changed once during our 6 days. V nice breakfast prepared to order daily. Drinking water dispenser available. Bottled water provided in all the rooms.

One room of the 4 was a bit darker than the others but still v roomy. Some of the sanitaryware had seen better days. When we had the massage on site, there were only two treatment tables, so two of us had massage on the double bed, which was a little soft. However this is a really minor quibble. The massage was v good.

This is a great villa to stay 7 kms north of Ubud Center, which was perfect for us as we wanted to avoid the traffic. We arrived late and the hosts were there to welcome us and walk us around the property. It was bigger than expected. We were 4 families, 12 including the kids there was plenty of space. The breakfast was great, the mi goreng was a hit. The pool was clean and a good size. Netflix and YouTube on the big TV helped keep the kids busy. Dayu and the other staff were extremely helpful and even got us a Durian to try one day.

The property is aging and it's visible in some areas, but not a concern

This was truly our best experience in Bali! I can’t put in words my enthusiasm about everything regarding this villa, the location, the staff. The villa is more then perfect. There are 4 bedrooms, but bedroom is an understatement; each bedroom is a luxurious apartment, with lots of private space and beautiful seats outside with gorgeous views. The swimming pool is divine: very big, and giving you the feeling you are just floating between nature. Than on top of that we were treated like royalty by the wonderful staff. Dayu, the villa manager, was very helpful, she responded so quick and arranged whatever we asked for within the blink of an eye. The staff in the villa was sublime. Ketut cooked us the best dishes we’ve had in Bali, Wayan was so sweet and wonderful, Ngurah and Wayan Rania were always helpful and there if we needed them, but never in our space, and Pak Ngurah Siram (the night security guard) always made us feel very safe! Last but not least: the location of the villa. Its close enough to ubud to go to nice restaurants or shop, but far away enough to escape from the tourists and the busy crowds. So basically you have best of both worlds! Also it’s very easy to get to Ubud and back since the villa provides you the drive there for free. We will definitely come back as much as we can!!

Staff was very helpful and friendly and any queries you have can be done through WhatsApp. Free transport to town and can be arranged via WhatsApp. Villa uses the village drivers who are generally friendly and professional. Villa was also able to arrange transfer to the cafes and restaurants within the village vicinity for our entire group. Breakfast was made to order from their menu. Simple but deliciously prepared. I love the Mee Goreng and the juices. Villa also arranged great masseurs at reasonable prices and the ladies had several sessions of massage.

Wifi can be weak at certain rooms and this can be easily improved by having a wholehouse MESH WIFI system such as ASUS ZENWIFI XT9 etc. Too many SSID and extensions to connect to. The sliding door for the room leading to the pool should be fixed as it can be dangerous. So is the sliding main door which is also unserviceable. Some of the holes on the floor should be fixed too, my son actually cut himself when he walk around barefooted. Would be too expensive to replace all carpentry but the small touches should be done for safety. Overall unbeatable value still and great service from the staff. Just need to contain your expectations.

I loved everything. The space was huge, beautifully equipped. Unusual bathrooms with open space. Nice pool. Perfect surroundings with rice fields. Not too far from Ubud center - you can go there by foot across rice field and the jungle. Really tasty breakfasts (few types to choose: nasi goreng, mie goreng, eggs). And the people! The ones working in Villa was so nice and open. The price is definitely to low for the standard we got. Totally recommended!

Nothing, everything was perfect

Staff was exceptional in their service and did not hesitate to provide help in every sense. They are respectful, accomodating and would go out of their way to accede to our requests. You can also get a masseur to come to the villa to provide massage service at a reasonable rate. Villa is spacious with huge rooms, each equipped with its own huge bed and bathroom. There is also a large, well-maintained private pool in the premise for use.

Despite the insect repellents and mosquito netting provided, there are so many bugs and insects. (No fault of the staff). You may want to prepare your own creams, repellent and suitable clothing. Food requested to be cooked by the staff was charged at an exorbitant rate. If you have transport, you are better off going out to eat. If you want to request for food to be cooked, I would advise you to check the portion and cost first.

The staff definitely makes a difference in this villa. Very friendly and willing to help also they are excellent cooks. The villa is very spacious and the pool is very nice. A baby chair was provided which was great for us.

Although it didn't matter for our trip the villa has some maintenance issues visually. But this is just for the visual and has nothing to do with the comfort of the villa. Although it was known up front we had to pay an additional 525.000 for the baby bed for 1 week which we found quite expensive for Bali standards.

Beautiful property, perfect for a family get together. The staff are lovely, helpful , warm and welcoming.

for me there was nothing I did not like- i really loved the authenticity, it is clean, peaceful quiet being located in rural setting and a good distance out of Ubud traffic chaos. Some people may be a bit concerned that the rooms need a bit of an upgrade in terms of furnishings ( eg couch a bit marked/damaged by insects) and slight smell of mould but need to remember this is the tropics.

The ambience of the place was awesome. The staff was wonderful, attentive, and extremely k9nd. Nothing was impossible for us.

Do not take this as criticism but things do get old. A good renovation program will do a lot for the villa. Simple things like replacing old light fittings, taps etc . Very important! Change the bed mattresses.
