Very friendly staff, amazing bathroom, comfortable bed and also we had a terrace. Also location is good if you want to avoid Ubud centre full of tourists.

The pool was so cloudy, so we choice not to swim there.

Unique property with outdoor bathroom and nice cottages. Nice restaurant close by that served breakfast and dinner.

We were not able to relax while at the property as there were several children running, playing, crying, etc. We appreciated that this is a family friendly property, but there was no way to minimize the sound so we were unable to rest during that time. Luckily this did not occur at nighttime.

amazing views and outlook onto the ricefields from the private pool with jungle view at the front. the room is very spacious and comfortable, and gorgeous bathroom with indoor/outdoor bathtub. the staff were great, friendly and helpful, they were able to help us to rent a bike at a reasonable price as well as organizing breakfast at the villa. really great value for the room amenities within a reasonable distance to the Ubud centre by bike while being able to enjoy the privacy and serenity of the remote area.

the location is only accessible by bike or walking, as well as quite a few stairs up to the villa, it is necessary to have a bike or hire one if you plan to go around the area or to Ubud, which wasn't an issue for us but something to be aware of. the sheets and towels were quite stained and could probably be replaced. minibar and waters were not refilled during our stay.

A beautiful stand alone building with gorgeous inside/outside bathroom with over head shower and bath. Small swimming pool kept fairly clean in a quiet area. Overall a really well put together place, some small maintenance would have perfected this place. Really friendly staff with high cleaning standards, Tina was especially easy to communicate and arrange with.

Located about 15 minutes ride out of town centre in an area not serviced by grab/Gojek meant if you didn’t want to hire a bike( which was provided for a fair price) you might struggle getting around.

Beautiful property — tranquil and private, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to get to everything you want to do. Our Villa was wonderful and perfect! The host was amazing and very helpful with finding and organizing things we needed and wanted to do. The staff was quick to respond to any question we had. The host has her lovely family living close by and they were all super friendly! We ended up extending our stay 3 times because we loved the property and the hosts! Highly recommend!

The location 👌🏼 It was so quiet and peaceful without feeling out of the way. Just 10 mins north of busy, central Ubud. Handy for Pyramids of Chi and Unified School of Healing 🫶🏼 I opted for a traditional Balinese style accomm for a more authentic experience and I loved it! Super homely. It spacious and immaculately clean throughout. Big comfy bed. Lovely linen. 2 bottles of water every day. The outdoor bathroom with rain shower AND a bath was an absolute favourite. I laid in the bath with an uninterrupted view of the moon and stars which was just blissful. Lovely, quiet pool area. Staff always around if needed and always smiling and helpful!

The water could have been a little hotter, but it was acceptable as it was.

Place was beautiful and it's 5km from ubud centre but it's most awesome place for stay. Worth for the money 💰 and hosts were friendly and they help you with all requirements.. Staffs are good and Breakfast is decent. Kadek made good food for us. Rooms and Ambience were neat and clean.

The Villa is in a great location in the middle of a rice field, but close to Ubud centre (10 - 15 mins ride). It is very convenient if you are looking for a quiet place and have an authentic Balinese experience.

Would improve cleanliness and attention to the client. The path to the Villa is not accessible by car, so you will need a motorbike.

Loved the size of the room and the bathroom. The location was quiet with wonderful walks across the paddy fields into town. The Jappy Warung nearby excellent and the staff. Kadek and his mate were so charming and very helpful.

I got an electric shock from one of the sockets in the room as a metal nail had been knocked into it - highly dangerous. It should be made safe - it was quite a bad one and although I reported this nothing was done. Things like this are important despite the positives one doesn't want a positively electrifying experience from the plug!!!
