The location was idle, with a short 10 min stroll to Ubud Centre. The Villa is spacious for 2 people, with a large open bathroom. The room was in a good condition and the service was excellent. The owner stays a block away and is always quick to respond to any queries you have. The pool is very nice and always clean. This villa is a great value for your money and is highly recommended if you are staying at Ubud.

I wish we had a safety deposit box, but no complaints as we could lock the whole cupboard.

I choose this property as I wanted to stay in rice paddies and loved it. The Villa's were beautiful. There's a great café down the road.

The contact with the accommodation was very nice before we arrived. We had a lot of questions and they helped us very fast. When we arrived the staff were waiting for us and we received a very warm welcome. They showed us around and were very helpful. The room has airconditioning which is very nice for in the hot weather. It has a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the jungle. It is a bit further from the busy centre of Ubud, which is actually pretty nice. If you want to go to the centre you can order a grab taxi or scooter. Would definitely recommend a scooter, due to the insane traffic. Thank you Any for our nice and warm stay in your property. It’s beautiful accommodation with friendly staff. It was perfect pillows and mattress so we had good sleep while we were there.

There was no staff when we checked in even we let them know what time we will be there. We had to wait until someone came. Also It’s not the host fault, but there’s rice fields and plants surrounding villas so there’s so many bugs especially in the tubs every morning but the staff clean every morning though. There’s another thing is they don’t change the towels and sheets daily and we saw some ants on the mattress but it didn’t bother us that much.

Beautiful quiet location 👌

Clean, nice buildings, great location (quiet & 10 mins from the centre). They have only 4 villas so the area is very quiet. Nice pool overlooking the jungle. The property needs some care in small things (especially the bathroom) but you cannot ask much for the price paid. The staff helps you renting scooters, is kind and responsive. They quickly responds to you via WhatsApp if you have any questions during your stay. Great value for money.

I don't eat breakfast so did not try it. But looked great from the menu. I ate at the nearby hotel/ restaurant for a late dinner.. Menu was at the place for recommendations. Food was amazing. Got help to get a driver for the day, to take me to the rice fields, monkey sanctuary etc. So glad I did it. Went to ubud on my own for the last 2 days there. Left my family in bali as they had been there before. Glad they did, as i wouldn't recommend ubud with children. Places have steep steps , I couldn't go as far as I would of liked to at the rice fields etc. Bad knees. But what a beautiful place. Don't try and do three visits of Places in one day like I did. Even the young were getting tired doing all the stairs down to things. But what a breath taking place. Hope the lady where you take pictures with her holding the wooden thing still has my hat I gave her. It was a funny story how she got it.. make sure you tip her well for the pictures.

Only thing I could say I did not like , was no bottle opener in room. And maybe a phone charger as mine broke, and couldn't get one on short notice. But I know that would be hard as different phones. Ohhh the curtains spoilt the place, you had to leave them closed because you can see right in from outside. Which absolutely defeats the object of picking that beautiful place with the beautiful view. Maybe some net curtains on inside as well as curtains on the outside, so we can see the beautiful view outside as well.. I could hear the Russian girl every night on the phone to her man friend , from next door. For about 2 hours. I had to turn my TV up loud to drown out her voice.

The area was beautiful. We stayed for four nights. They provided us with motorbikes. There was no hot water the first day, but it got fixed immediately. If you do not mind mosquitoes and all of the insects, the place is lovely. We didn’t try the breakfast but there is a newly opened vegan cafe Cocoku near by that is absolutely amazing!

Everything was ok

It's not your typical hotel, but it has everything you need. There are only 4 villas which make your stay very private and peaceful. The rooms are big and clean, and the bed is comfortable.

Unavailability of staff at night sometimes - so make sure you communicate your needs to the staff beforehand

Very serene. They have their own rice field within the compound. There is a swimming pool too. The rooms are perfect for couples. They're very cozy and with its value I believe it's a good deal. The view from the room is nice. They have an open air bathroom with shower and bathtub. It's a bit further out of the city center but Grab rides are also accessible there if you need to go somewhere. Hanaya is the perfect retreat for those looking for a quiet holiday.

It's a little worrying that the gate isn't locked which understand is for the convenience of all the guests staying there and Ubud is generally safe. But we just couldn't help get worried at night. Wish there was a passkey or lock code of some sort for those who are staying and working there.
