The owner Partha and his wife were extremely kind and warmly welcomed us, always offering tea and coffee! The indoor space of the accommodation was arranged comfortably, with appropriate fresh flowers adding an excellent visual touch. The outdoor space had an Ubud, Bali, atmosphere that was better than expected, offering a place to relax the mind. We only stayed one night at this beautiful villa, which was a mistake. If you have enough time, make sure to relax here. For a more serene enjoyment, the location is slightly away from the city center, but this is acceptable in Bali where taxis are relatively inexpensive.

It was a beautiful, serene and traditional Balinese architectural home layout. As the property is shared with the owners, the five villas are separated and connected to the landscape. It provided great privacy and recluse when required from owners and other guest. As we were staying as a family of five, three children 7, 5 & 3 the ability to connect rooms was great, whilst still separated to enjoy own time. Pool was great and grounds were very clean. The owners Partha and his beautiful family were the most amazing host, cooking exceptional breakfasts, traditional Balinese food if required and more than happy to provide lifts to dinner or local warungs. Locations was close but far enough to be out of the center of ubud. This allowed a good connection to the local village and to walk to warungs and shops. Partha and his family can drop you to close warungs as part of the stay or to the main center of ubud and pick you up when required for a small cost WiFi is great and could work easily from location to We would highly recommend staying here if solo, couple, group or family

Absolutely Wonderful! 10/10 Where do I begin? Partha and his amazing family and staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. As a family of three, we felt so welcomed and cared for. Whether it was food, our room, or getting around, nothing was ever too much trouble. Partha is a truly lovely and genuine family man. The villa itself is breathtaking. We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa, which was beautifully and tastefully designed. The pool, rooms, and surrounding grounds were just as stunning—like a hidden luxury retreat in the jungle. The outdoor bathrooms were elegant, stylish, and added a lovely exotic touch. Despite arriving late on our first night, they still managed to provide a delicious home-cooked meal of noodles and rice without hesitation. The breakfast was equally delightful, with everything we could have asked for. A big thank you also goes to Wiyan, who handled most of the driving. He’s a kind, humble, and caring person who made our experience even more special. I would rate our stay 10/10 without a doubt. I’d absolutely return and highly recommend it, especially for long-term stays. Hope to be back again in the future!

Everything about this place was wonderful! The villa is spacious and beautifully designed in traditional Balinese style, with a private front patio and a peaceful, clean atmosphere. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud, it offers a tranquil escape close to the jungle—making the experience truly special. The location is still very convenient. One day, we even walked from the villa to the Campuhan Ridge Walk and continued all the way to the Monkey Forest. It was a long trek, but absolutely worth it for the scenery and the peaceful journey through nature and rice fields. The villa also offers access to local drivers. We hired a private driver for a few days—about 9 hours per day would be around 700,000 IDR (roughly £30), which was very reasonable. We booked all our experiences—like the Mount Batur hike, the ATV jungle ride and couple massages—directly through them, and found the prices to be slightly more affordable than elsewhere. It’s always great to support local families, especially when they’re working so hard to ensure visitors have a memorable experience. The host family is incredibly welcoming and warm. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and are happy to help with anything you need. A special thank you for the fresh coconuts straight from the garden—such thoughtful touches are truly appreciated and make all the difference!

Breakfast options are a bit limited and tend to be repetitive (only fruits, eggs and pancakes), but the portions are generous, and you’re welcome to enjoy as much as you’d like—there’s truly no limit.

We had an amazing time during our short stay in the beautiful villas. Our trip started a bit bad as our flight had some delays and with some bad traffic we almost arrived in the night. Nevertheless our host was ready to welcome us and next to a welcome drink he could also offer us some nice nasi goreng. The next morning we could really see how beautiful the villas, pool and environment was. After a jump in the pool we got a great breakfast which consisted of fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, toast, coffee, fresh juice and more. The son offered to drop us off in the city centre which was a short drive. The location is a great mix between nature and still close to Ubud city centre. Mr Partha and his family were so friendly and helped us with everything. We did a nice biking tour which they book for us, they found us great restaurants which the son brought us to in the night and they even offered to just use their scooters for free. If I ever go back to Bali this is the place I would want to spend my time again!

We had the most wonderful stay here from start to finish and cannot recommend the place highly enough. First and foremost, Partha and his family are exceptional hosts and do everything they can to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome. They work so hard to keep everything pristine and the rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels for both pool and bathroom. It is located outside Ubud, but that is why we chose it and never regretted it; coming back to the villa always gave us a wonderful sense of peace and tranquility. There is usually someone available to run guests into the town and if not it's approx £4.50 for a Grab. Breakfast was always great - banana pancakes were delicious and great coffee. Lovely pool and gardens kept immaculately clean

Some may find the neighbouring farm with the early morning crowing of the cockerels a little challenging, but not really an issue for us.

I don't normally write reviews, but here I have to make an exception! I have to share an amazing experience with our accommodation, which was absolutely great! The owners, a real Indonesian family, were you nicest people we met in the whole Indonesia. We immediately felt at home upon entering. Beautiful home environment, beautiful pool and a charming garden - it created everything the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. And what about massages! They were some of the best that we experienced on vacation. The owners were incredibly helpful and always there they were happy to help us with any questions. We had a transfer to Ubud center every day which was very convenient. And breakfast? They were the biggest portions we've had for the entire three-week stay in Bali they got! Everything was just great! If you are looking for a place to feel at home and enjoy a great atmosphere with a "real" Indonesian family, this is it. We will definitely be back here in the future!

The villa is located in the midst of nature surrounded by lush greenery and rice terraces. The host Mr Partha is a gem of a person who goes out of the way to make you feel not just comfortable but at home. His entire family goes the extra mile to just create a delightful stay for you. Property has several villas, all super clean and well maintained, big open bathrooms, large private verandah as well as a clean (common) swimming pool. There are 1-2 restaurants within 300-400m and several within 1 km radius.

Nothing that I wasn't aware of and okay with. Since the property is close to nature, there were sounds of crickets and geckos. All harmless though. Breakfast and dinner options, though limited, were full of home made flavors (and love), and we absolutely loved it and had it almost everyday. Lastly, yes the property is situated around 5-6 kms away from the city centre, but that's what made it so serene and peaceful. On top of it Partha provides daily shuttles to the city centre making things easier.

Everything! If you’re looking to live a true Balinese experience, you are at the right place. Partha and his family are great hosts. They learned all their gests’ names by heart making you feel at home. The place is a peaceful heaven outside the city center of Ubud but still close enough to get there in 15min max. They offer free shuttle to get to the city centre at fixed hours. The rooms are big and cleaned everyday (mosquito nets, mosquito plugs, fridge, water,…). Big plus for the bathroom just beautiful ! Breakfast is very good too. We so much loved this place that we extended our trip by 1 night. We booked several tours with Partha, he organised everything very well and at very fair price. I highly recommend this place, our favorite one from our whole trip in Bali.

Absolutely stunning -Villas are beautiful. Hosts are beautiful and couldn’t do enough for us. Partha and his family are just gorgeous people. Meals made with love are delicious. Transport available to explore the area.

For us we based ourselves here for majority of our stay in Bali as haven’t been before and many people recommended staying in Ubud - we found just a little bit far away to travel around but that was nothing to do with the property- only mentioning in case others are like us and don’t know Bali. We would definitely come back and stay in future but would choose to stay around different areas of Bali depending on our schedule.
