Location and restaurant.

I had booked a one bed suite. When I arrived the desk clerk decided,without any discussion that because I use a walking stick I would not manage the stairs to rhe first floor. Moved us to a twin room, but I would not accept twin beds for myself and my partner. She relented on that point. Her attitude was officious. A little diversity training would not go astray. The restaurant ztaff were very good except on our last morning. The staff were inattentive with very slow service. If they were short staffed we would have understood.

A big place with great pool and peaceful grounds. Right on the beach. Very large pavilion for breakfast and events next to the beach. Breakfast was very good with eggs to order. Large comfortable rooms. Excellent staff. Can walk to a market area with food stands and shops.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Close to beach and very clean

We have stayed here each year for the past few years and are always pleased with the location and greetings from staff. The pool and gardens are lovely. We were happy to see some improvements from last year in the renovations.

The Air conditioning in one room was leaking but we were changed to another room. Staff were very helpful.

The pool, the beach access, breakfast choices were good. (egg station, juices, waffles, pancakes, Indonesian choices, fruit, coffee) Chilled relaxed place to be near the beach, short walk from food, shops and markets( fixed price markets) Short drive to sanur boat harbour (boats to Nusa lembongan, penida etc) Pool towels available from pool staff Staff were friendly and always cleaning around the property.

So many mosquitos even in the room(apparently they fog to decrease them but had done this only once during our stay) Shower didn't drain very well and smelt bad in there Not a major for us but depending on your personal preference I like to inform things that might annoy others. Some rooms could do with a touch up(paint peeling on roof, curtains are thin(wasn't bothered but if you light sleeper day break will wake you) be prepared for wildlife noises early (birds, squirrels, lizards)

The room we stayed in was in a great location. We had a view towards the beach, although it was partially obstructed by trees. The balcony was a great place for an afternoon drink as it received a lovely breeze. The facilities were adequate and the staff were excellent and very helpful. The position of the hotel, right on the beach, was superb.

The breakfast at the time we stayed was a bit hit and miss. I feel they were still getting over the issues with low occupancy during covid. The hotel, itself is a bit tired but none the less, we enjoyed our stay and the great location made up for it.

The food was very good. A good selection of fruit, local Bali food and omelettes. Tea, coffee and grit juice also available,

Some guests came to to breakfast without wearing a shirt. People should be appropriately dressed.

Great beachfront property with lush grassed areas around. We were staying for one night and stayed for the week. Although we has to change rooms, all the rooms very clean and sufficient to our needs. The pool has plenty of shaded areas to escape from the sun. The large restaurant was a great place to sit and watch the people and locals on the beach. There is also a guest only area on the beach where food and beverages can be purchased. Along the beachfront there is a local market and other restaurants to choose from. The resort is a quick walk along the beach walk to the new shopping centre.

I enjoyed all the breakfast buffet, however the snacks and other meals we had were either expensive for what we ordered or very little servings.

Property is beachfront & has the Sanur boardwalk running along in front of it. Has a good restaurant & a great pool area quieter out the back. Staff are lovely. It’s more at the quieter end which is great but still busy with markets,cafes & restaurants. The new Icon Bali mall is only a 5 min walk along the boardwalk, if you want the international shops

Property is a bit dated but still good & you get what you pay for
