The Rooms are simply amazing, beautifully decorated. Definitely the best in the property. Lobby areas and restaurants requires some revamping. At first when we see the Lobby we believe that the rooms will not reflect the photos. Only bad thing in Rooms is no mini bar and not good sound / overall isolation .. despite the dense vegetation around we could hear the traffic from main road - and too many mosquitos inside the room.

There was never a manager on ground to assist. All requests I had to do via Booking. I did not like the location- due to heavy traffic around.

staff is super nice and friendly.

1. the room from picture is the room on the 1st floor. rooms on the 2nd floor are smaller and darker. it was important for us, but the room was not 40 sqm. 2. included breakfast was for 2 persons, but we were there with our kid, so to have PAID breakfast we had to pay for the third person, since breakfast include only one option per person, and the price is above average. 3. you hear everything that happens in next room.

The staff are amazing. We got upgraded which was a beautiful gesture. The breakfast included is delicious The view from our bed was nice Rooms are nice and spacious Pool is nice and big and a good temp The location near the facilities we were wanting (gym and supermarket) The scenery. Trees and plants surrounding the place

Some of the stairwells are narrow and steep. Would love to have a fridge in our room to keep our drinks cold TV in the rooms don't work

The place is beautiful, very Bali styled hotel, somehow tucked in the middle of a very busy road. The rooms are large, spacious and there are some activities that can be scheduled there like Yoga. It is also quite close to a nice super market so you can buy some stuff with ease.

The mosquito "nets" on the beds. They are not really nets but more like thin fabric, which look great but they seem to absorb humidity and their smell is quite strong. having a little sofa or something similar would also be nice for such large rooms, especially for when traveling with the family.

The staff were lovely and very friendly. They spoke English and it made communication easy. They had a service laundry which made life easier.

One night, the electricity cut off and I woke up in a pool of sweat on my bed because the air conditioning stopped. I stored some bananas in my room and I think some bugs partially ate them. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows and sheets are too thick. The air conditioning is a must when sleeping here.

Great breakfast options, staff were helpful and although the accomodation was located off of a busy road, it felt secluded and had a beautiful tropical landscape surrounding the rooms and rest of the facilities.

Although I loved having an outdoor shower, it wasn’t super cleanly, as we had squirrel poo on our basin some mornings and spiders and spider webs all around. The interior of the room was very Indonesian and nice, however the cleanliness was disappointing too as there was a stain on my pillow.

The room was huge and the outdoor bathroom was beautiful. You got robes which for the price of the room was definitely not expected. They cleaned the rooms daily and all the staff were lovely. The breakfast was simple but lovely, I enjoyed the omelette most mornings, super tasty. I couldn't believe the value for money and it was lovely to stay in something more traditionally balinese which so many lovely touches. So much character

To be honest, nothing really. For the money it offered so much I would hate to put anyone off going. Maybe the location for some people but I wanted to visit Wanderlust Fitness Village every day so it was a short stroll there so I was happy and bike taxis are pennies for anywhere else I needed to go.

It was lovely !! Large room with a gorgeous outside bathroom . Restaurant open from 7am til 10 pm serving cheap and tasty meals including a free breakfast . Pool on site . Staff were so friendly and helpful

Very friendly and kind staff. Beautiful and unique buildings/rooms and garden. Breakfast included. Nice pool.

Location next to very noisy and busy road. Far from the beach, was’nt easy to walk anywhere from the hotel. Not many vegan options on the menu. Unfortunately room was little bit unclean with ants everywhere, but staff came to clean it.

Interesting interior and exterior design, spacious room, great breakfast and very friendly staff.

The roof is made out of tin so it was very loud during rain and it was difficult to sleep. I also felt through one of the floor boards on the balcony. It was replaced the same day but it seemed that other floor boards could also do with maintenance and replacement to avoid any future accidents.
