It is expensive compared to other places in the area (I stayed in a few of them). However, this is by far the best place it could not be in a more perfect location. I stayed in one of the bungalows, the four-poster bed was amazing, the bathroom had water pressure and a sit-down toilet. The surfboards they have there are very good quality and fun to ride and the knowledgable locals who hung around there were very fun to party with and offer surfing advice.

The food in the hostel is a lot more expensive than other restaurants in the town. I don't have much to say to fault this place other than it being quite the drive to get there (take the time google maps sais an add a few hours because it doesn't account for the traffic

Excellent location and an amazing traditional villa feel. There was a real surfer vibe to the camp. Very friendly staff and great food at normal prices from great cooks who make everything fresh. If you want really local prices than there are plenty of local places across the road. This town is a place were locals go and as a tourist you really stand out.

The rooms can do.with a bit better maintenance: the wall light was not working. Also there was a lot of lime residue on the mirror and the sink that could do with proper cleaning

it’s proximity to a great wave break in a very remote part of Java. the common area was also pretty cool with hammocks to relax in, pool table and central yoga roof. NURUL! she is the best and most accommodating host. she can dial in travel for you to get to the camp and schedule off day activities in the area. she truly made us feel secure and welcome. Can’t say enough good things about her!

how close it was to a very busy in road which made for noisy conditions. however this also made it very easy to walk to the beach and restaurants.

The staff were fantastic and worked hard to make all their visitors happy. The food was amazing and an extra shout out goes to the kitchen staff who worked so hard. Our host Nural was so friendly and inclusive.

Very friendly personnel. Perfect place to stay if you want to relax and enjoy the calm, a beautiful beach and surf.
