The hotel was alright. There was a very large group of young people/workers. It took a couple of nights to get everyone quiet at the floor.

Non smoking policy was not enforced on my floor. The internet is very slow, really poor. The internet for the meeting rooms was OK, different network.

The furniture in the room is quite worn for a hotel and needs to be replaced. Awkward stains on bed sheets

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Not all of the staff spoke English but translate apps we were always able to get to a solution or simply provide information.

The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't have fresh juice for breakfast.

Excellent variety, both western and Indonesian.

If there was a kettle to make own tea or coffee it would have been nice, .

- The room smelled a bit like someone had been smoking in there but after opening the window we did not notice the smell again.

I love the food during the breakfast, it just nice to have number of varieties. the room is small but really clean. the staffs were very helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my booking and they helped me well. great job!
