Very comfortable and clean hotel after a long ferry trip from Togean Islands. All the staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Hotel is only 5 mins walk from the Citimall. Buffet breakfast was very nice, including fresh cooked omelette or eggs. There was a big fish tank in the enclosed smoking room, next to the breakfast room. Restaurant on 2nd floor served a delicious steak with pepper sauce and good coffee.

We had a low cost, internal room which didn’t have a window, but we were only there for one night, so it didn’t bother us. Nevertheless, the room was light, comfortable and very clean!

Rather new hotel with nice and simple decor. Big rooms. Breakfast selection is quite good. Restaurant food is good too Central location close to mall and other facilities.

The cappucino a bit too foamy and might need better beans because I could not taste the coffee There were some children screaming and running in front of my room at ground floor near receptionist - I was too tired to protest - but the staff did not stop them.

The accommodation is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. What truly stands out is the staff’s consistently positive attitude and cheerful demeanor. They promptly handled everything we needed, making our stay effortless. They even accommodated a slightly later check-out, which was a great help for my pregnant wife. As a last point - they have really good food!

Gorontalo is dirty city, with no soul, but thats not problem of this hotel. Nothing to mention.

The hotel is newly renovated. Everything looks neat and clean, staffs are extremely helpful and kind (they even took me to a place with the hotel car for free when I cant find any ride), the location is near the center of the city and old town, it’s easy to find food, their tv is well connected to youtube channel and you can watch netflix if you want to sign in with your acc. I stayed there for 4 nights and they change the bfast menu every day.

Great Location, big enough, clean room with comfortable bed. Really lovely, nice, helpful & supporting stuff before arriving and during our stay, even prepared a lovely „breakfast-to-go-box for us. Just a few steps outside there are ATM‘s, smalish minimarkets, restaurants and other shops…

The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful, especially when my driver did not turn up the next morning to drive to the airport. Very helpful and avoided me missing my flight.

Cold shower in the morning. Quite early so did not have time to ask and get it fixed. I am sure it would have been fixed but this was not the start I would have liked.

The best part of the hotel was the beds and the breakfast. Personal care products, big shower. The personal are very nice.

Dirty towels, dirty bathroom and dad coffee.

Shampoo conditioner is empty. Cleaning service should check before guest coming.

Banana bread cakelets are wonderful for breakfast. Room is cool and WiFi works well. Marble floors are slightly scary - but very clean.
