I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It was the closest hotel to the exhibition venue, which made it very convenient. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There is also a shopping center nearby where you can easily find food and other necessities. Overall, the hotel was good and definitely worth the price. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager named Bayu. I had to urgently send some samples to Seoul, and he personally assisted me with the shipment. He didn't turn down my request and was very polite and professional throughout the process. Bayu, if you're reading this — thank you for your support, your time, and your dedication. I highly recommend this hotel — it offers great value for money.

1. The breakfast was great and tasty. 2. The location was near to the event I was attending and getting transport going to the event was easy. 3. The staff was friendly and always giving polite answers to questions asked. 4. The room was well-maintained.

1. The water tap at the sink requires for a bit tightening. 2. It seemed the indicator next to the doorknob was not functioning (don't disturb, door bell, make up room).

I really enjoyed everything At the hotel. I highly recommend to stay At BW kemyogran in jakarta. Its a perfect place for travelers and for business trips. The Staff were professional and helpful. All of the Staff had high level of english. The breakfast was very good. Many choices and good quality of fresh fruit and great omelettes. The swimming pool is very big and clean. My room was very big and it was cleaned everyday.

The location is strategic and easy to find. The room was spacious and clean, the water heater also worked perfectly. The TV can be connected to YouTube and Netflix, so it's a bonus. Overall, such a nice place to stay over the weekend or for a short getaway.

I think the bathroom amenities can be better. So far it's alright, but it can be upgraded. The breakfast was also alright but I hope there were more options to choose. Despite all of those things, everything else are superb.

Wonderfull experience, from the check in, i felt welcomed by the attentive staff, room was clean & confortable, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall excellent

The lift that floor 26 button never worked properly, the key card for door that stopped working twice. The bed seem to not smell too great .

check in proces was great, very fast, staff front desk very kind, helpful and friendly, room was clean, tidy and confort, thanks for upgrade me to biggest room, restaurant clean and varian menu for sahur so many on buffet, overall for bw kemayoran very excellent, keep on it, very recomended for stay at BW Kemayoran Hotel

Bathroom shower tiles very slippery , suggest the management invest in some plastic shower mats , before some falls
