I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swiss-Belinn Kemayoran in Jakarta, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's strategic location near the Jakarta International Expo and various entertainment venues was perfect for both my business and leisure needs. The range of amenities at Swiss-Belinn Kemayoran added greatly to my stay. With access to a well-equipped fitness center, a refreshing pool, and diverse dining options on-site, I found little reason to leave the comfort of the hotel. The service was a standout, reflecting the warm hospitality Indonesia is known for. Every staff member I encountered was professional and eager to assist, making my stay smooth and pleasant. The rooms were a haven of cleanliness and modernity, with comfortable beds and contemporary facilities, ensuring a restorative rest each night. Value for money is a significant advantage of this hotel. Considering the amenities and service quality, the pricing was more than reasonable. The convenience of being close to public transport and major roads made exploring the vibrant city of Jakarta an absolute breeze. The hotel also catered excellently to my dining preferences, offering a mix of delectable Indonesian specialties and familiar international fare. Moreover, the views of Jakarta's bustling cityscape from my room were an unexpected bonus, adding a dynamic backdrop to my stay. Overall, my stay at this hotel was an experience I would highly recommend. It struck the perfect balance between indulgence and practicality, leaving me with many pleasant memories.

The bfast spread is so so. Everyday serves white rice and fried rice. why couldn't they provide fried noodle or bee hoon as alternatives? if they do need to have rice dish, why not have nasi lemak and curry too.

i ask the reception to booking the massage then they said just walk in. After i just go there directy , the person incharge for massage said need to booking first, and the massage full house and that is my last day in the hotel. A bit disspointed.Hope fully later the staf well knowledge regarding this matter to booking first or just walk in.

Feri is very nice and provided awesome service, pick us up and send us to the exhibition many times. and all the service people are very friendly, I am willing to live here again.

Location. Close to Jakarta Fair. A shuttle bus is available. Get 1 room out of 4 rooms booked up graded. Thx.

Check in time. Booked 4 rooms at the same floor. Only 2 rooms ready at check in time 2.15 pm. 2 more rooms ready at 3.45 pm. Did not get free parking at this hotel. Have to pay 80.000 rupiah for parking from check in time to check out time. Cash. Not comforting. Why not free, n staff not inisiatif to ask about it.

Hotel staffs are responsive and helpful. I like the breakfast, the foods variety and tastes just nice and eventhough in the pack hours foods were refilled fast. The hotel providing free shuttle to JIExpo event every 30 minutes is an added value.

Towels got brown stains. No AC in the lift. Small issue on my booking room and access card but resolved quickly.

We attended the Java Jazz Festival so the location was great as it is near the festival site

Even though i travelled alone but i booked room for 2 guests. Towels, tooth brush, slippers etc everything was only for one guest. No one was there to help with the luggage while check in and check out.

The Breakfast was good although limited in the Western Selection.

Juice Glasses for Breakfast are way too small and simply means a person has to go back numerous times to fill a glass.
