Staff Desy at the front desk was very nice and kind to me. I had a bad stay (well technically I didn't stay because I didn't like the room) at an air bnb so decided to move to a proper hotel. After arriving with only 30mins notice to the hotel, I was surprisingly warmly welcomed by Desy and received a very nice room upgrade. The room(suite) was spacious and very comfortable. Later that night after coming back late from my event, I went down to the restaurant and got a meal at 11pm, staff was very kind and gave me good food. Breakfast time was busy but manageable, plenty of options. Basically the hotel and Desy rescued my trip, from disastrous to fabulous.

Everything was top notch. It was our first time in Jakarta. The staffs were very helpful answering all my questions. Since we went there for concert, the hotel was quite near from the venue and we don't have to wait long to get transport to return to hotel after the concert end. Breakfast spread was okay, nothing fancy but fulfilled. Got to extend my checkout time without any extra charges. About 30 minute drive to Airport, 45 minute drive to central Jakarta without traffic. Its quite far from the central but nothing major that hinder my stay in Jakarta.

It was my 2nd time staying at Holiday Inn Express JIEXPO. Overall, like my 1st stayed, it was wonderful and worth the price. 1) The cleanliness at the hotel & room is good. 2) The staffs are profesional, polite, informative & friendly. 3) The room is quite big, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is clean. 4) The restaurant F&B has variation for breakfast menu, the taste of the foods are quite delicious. At the end, it still was a pleasant stay for me that weekend. I would love to comeback again and stay at your hotel someday. 🥰

1) One of the table light bulb in the room been flickering on and off. Yes, I didn't report it, since I didn't use the lamp. But it would be good if the maintenance departement check it regularly. 2) Had a low battery function for the TV remote. Some part of the remote seems won't work although I've clicked it. Some of the channel in the TV cable didn't have signals. 3) From all the foods that been served at the buffet for breakfast that normally should come as a warm food, few foods were less warm. A bit dissapointed. Sorry...

You have excellent staff who go out of the way to help the guests. The lady at the front desk was responsive to all our requests and went out of the way to ensure that our requirements are catered to.

1. The space inside the restaurant seems a little cramped when there is rush in morning for breakfast. The space outside needs to be utilised better. 2. Navigating the television channels in the room is a bit complex and needs patience. If something can be done to ease the process

Seems the food quality for breakfast is not as good as used to be this time.... On showdays also overcrowded. Hard to get a seat for breakfast

The room is very clean and the staff are very friendly. It is very close to the Jakarta International Exhibition Center and is 150 meters away on foot.

During this period, someone opened my room with a room card, he is not a service staff member. It should be that the receptionist of the hotel made a mistake in the room number. This is very dangerous, I hope to strengthen control in the future. I complained to the front desk, but I haven't received any feedback.

We go for the sake of event happening at JIEXPO. Technically the location wise was a top notch because of the purpose of stays. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. Bed and pillow comfortable. Pleasant stays.

The hotel lift, the key card not detected by the lift sensor. I think they need to fix the lift sensor. Room not soundproof we can hear people next door clearly.

the location is very strategic especially during Jakarta's birthday. Because this place near Jiexpo.

actually there is none. only at breakfast..it seems unprepared. like the food runs out and is not refilled in a hurry. so many customers are waiting for the food to arrive

The room is clean, and before i entered the room they already prepare for us, the AC they already turn it on so the room was already cold enough and that is a very nice thing to have.

The staff is not as fast and intuitive. Like i had trouble going to my room floor due to the elevator button, and inform this to the front desk and one of the staff just like blank and too lazy to help.

I really like the place, it was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful 👍👍👍

It's the music that times was very loud so a bit disturbing. But understandable because the place is very close to the expo. So far everything is good
