At this time (already 3 days) freewifi Hotel not connected to internet because something need to fix. Freewifi Hotel is Important. So hopefully Internet freewifi Hotel can connect again soon by expert. TV also suddenly not have signal and need to repair signal soon so can enjoy TV again.

Until now Not yet have freewifi Hotel and Television Channels need to reset signal. Already give Information by Vice Manager and until now waiting.

Cheap place, very good for a short stay in Jakarta.

The location close to the airport and shopping mall easy to find food

I don’t like the water is salty can’t brush teeth need aqua water and the one women reception staff she’s a rude not very nice and the door key can use any room is scared but book 2 room for me and my son friend

It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been We have reserved the hotel on booking 2 days before. We’ve received all the confirmation from booking AND from the hotel who send me a text to tell us that the reservation was confirmed. When we arrived at 18pm at the hotel they told us they didn’t had any room left that we have choose in our reservation. So they told us to pay 60’000 IDR more to have other room. We were like 8 people in the same situation, the hotel confirmed by mail that we had a room and when we come they don’t give a f**k about our reservation and they just told us to pay more. The staff said little to no excuses and they were even laughing at the situation. The room was so tiny and the mirror of the bathroom soooo dirty (the whole room was not clean). The light of the bathroom doesn’t work. The remote from the AC doesn’t work. No towels. I’ve never seen worst room in my life. Don’t go there please. C’est nul !
