Polite reception, very kind and discret staff. Perfectly cosy and calm room. Pretty entrance and asian breakfast. The bed is exceptional. Excellent services in global.

The cleaning is not good enough. Pee in the toilette cercle, durt and plenty of hair on the floor. The Indonesian Housekeeping must use some desinfect spray or at least antibacterial product to clean up the WC, not only water ! For the shower, hot water during a few minutes not more.

Brand new hotel, everything was still clean & smelling new.

Although the location is convenient, a bit challenging to get to using car/taxi, because of the narrow Kampung back road, and the map point is still not 100% accurate. Need to be updated on GoogleMap/Grab. There was also still some construction noise in the morning (and it was a Sunday). WiFi was a bit spotty in the room, kept going on and off at night/morning. Bedsheet/comforter was also wrinkly, may need a bit of housekeeping. Other than those, everything was excellent & brand new & clean!

I would love to say terima kasih banyak to the stuff, very nice, helpful, kind! The hotel is clean, convenient location, 7-8 min walk to the nearest bus station, 15 minutes walk to Centre Park mall! I’m in love with design of hotel andd the most important is price - very affordable! They have tv with youtube and sure hot water! I’ll book again and not only once!❤️

The room was a little dirty. Specifically the bathroom, you could see steps on the floor and signs of previous guest.

Fabulous!!! Feels like home,comfortable. Very clean and the staff are very helpful.👍👍👍 The guests are real traveler and worked people. Will be back for sure.

Better is the staff not smoking outside while the guest still at lobby. But overall I love stayed there.😊

What I like the most about the hotel is its value-to-price ratio and its cleanliness.

The room isn't soundproof. You can clearly hear your neighbor making passionate love, especially if they're the noisy kind. I'm serious.

Very cute, comfortable, and welcoming hotel. Happy to have landed here after a long flight.

Rooms aren't fully soundproof; you will probably hear the people around you but it wasn't too bad!

Everything was fine! Very nice that you can take hot water and tea! everything is brand new! Though maybe floors could be cleaner
