Everything was great. The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with the door being locked from the inside, but it was quickly fixed by the staff. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options for both Asian and international guests, and the quality was excellent

The only reason I rated it an 8 instead of a 10 is due to the lack of soundproofing, which is disappointing given the hotel's price and standard. The road outside was very busy all night, and thankfully, I had my own earplugs. I strongly recommend the hotel provide earplugs in the rooms, as it was nearly impossible to sleep without them

The location is strategic, close shopping center, malls, offices and campus. The bed is huge and comfortable. Staff is attentive and kind. One more thing I like is the water dispenser in every floor, guest can refill unlimited. Overall stay was nice.

During my stay the water heater did not working properly, problem was solved by the technician but the water is just lukewarm.

Nice service. Even I didn’t request but the housekeeper cleaned my room every day.

Some food stations in the Smoking zone. It should move out of the smoking zone.

Located near Taman Anggrek Mall and Central Park Mall. Great value for money. Loved the free water dispenser along the hallway which helps reduce single-use plastics.

I just stay there for transit. Overall the bed super comfy. Location wise didn’t explore much. But easy to get taxi or grab. Mall near by anyway.

I mistakenly choose smoking room. Maybe consider to put air purifier on the floor.

Room was clean and comfortable - we enjoyed the bed and the water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately we slept through breakfast so can’t comment on the food.

The staff at checkin were just okay, not very accommodating but not rude either. Would be nice to be greeted with a smile

Nice spacious room and very comfy The staff are extremely friendly specially Dea and the others. Would definitely come back.

The gym was just empty room with a treadmill and a push bike.

The lobby is spacious, rooms are clean with great bathrooms. Enjoy Jakarta views from the 19th floor. The staff is friendly, and there's a tasty breakfast variety. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everthing was excellent!!!

The King Suite was wonderful. It was spacious, grand, had a good size bath and shower and the views were lovely. There was a good spread at breakfast.

Only slight downside was that there were several ants in the bedroom (17 floors up).
