I love the way the hotel staff tend to my request, and their front counter & house keeping staff were very helpful and friendly. The second time I came to stay at this hotel and to have my morning breakfast, I noticed their coffee and tea place were re-locate to different area, however it did not affected my breakfast mood at all. (Just that I have been looking where they kept the coffee place😂) And most of all I love the cleanliness of the room & the comfy bed !! Will come back 👏💖 Thank you Ciputra Hotel Mgt & Staff.

The breakfast spread and connecting mall.

The toilet needs upgrading. I had a change of room as the first night we stayed in a room with bathtub and that was inconveniet. Thus requested for another room with shower head and asigned a room on the 15 floor. This room was better but toilet was not. Leakage on the toilet spray cause the floor to be constantly wet. Toiletries was not sufficient. Hope for improvement in the toilet and will be back to Ciputra as the staffs and food at breakfast plus staffs were very efficient.

The accommodation was chosen for its proximity to the airport and shopping areas. It is a nice place to spend your last days before traveling. As for the staff, they were very helpful and smiling and served you with generosity and love. On my last day, they worked hard with me to weigh and organize the bags and finally provided me with a large car that was suitable for me and they made sure that its price was suitable for me. There was an employee named RAFFAL. Everyone was helpful, but he was the most helpful. He worked hard and did not complain. On the contrary, he was helpful and smiling until the last moment This is him in the picture. I thank him very much and I hope he gets his reward for his good manners and treatment.

The bathroom does not have a handheld bidet and the shower bathtub is fixed.

The Management team lead by Heru was exceptional, took care of every complaint and exceeded expectations. Sits atop a mall with multiple dining and shopping options, located closer to the airport and was good to avoid the normal traffic congestion, say something when there is a problem, one of the few hotels that responded immediately, excellent training and Management

Lighting was dull and dim in corridors and room, but was immediately fixed by the team, Breakfast was vast but for non Asians a challenge. Need more international content

This was our second stay at Hotel Ciputra and like the first time everything was fine. We had some issues with our first room mainly due to the room being very dark even with all the lights on but the staff were very friendly and they gave us a different room. The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is on top of a mall which helps a lot and you also have a fairly big supermarket at the underground floor of the mall. Very happy with our stay here, we will definitely come back.

- Extremely friendly and helpful staff. - Decent breakfast buffet (quality of food and variety of options). - Perfect location (direct access to the mall with available mosque for Friday prayers). - Rooms with city and pool view are amazing, including the space. - Comfortable bed.

- Fluctuant shower water heat and pressure (could be due to the room being in 14th floor). - Juice options at the breakfast buffet are less tasty than expected.

I stayed here to attend a conference. At dinner, they served Indonesian food that looked like it was sold at a food stall. I was a bit worried about eating at a real food stall, so I was glad.

The cleaning staff took one of my two room keys while I was out. I had a spare so it wasn't a big deal, but it was annoying. I also didn't realize that the Wi-Fi password would change during my stay, which was a bit annoying.

I absolutely loved it!! It is like stepping back in time to a bygone era. Opened in the 90s, the hotel feels like stepping even further back in time . My room was beautifully panelled in real wood in a style I would associate more with the 70s. Same for the restaurant with its wooden furniture - sumptuous breakfast to be had there as well. Classy in a retro way. The staff were extremely courteous, again bringing back memories of bygone days. And the views from my room on the 16th floor were spectacular! I also liked that it is located in a vibrant neighbourhood, allowing me to have a look at the real every day life in Jakarta. Bus station and train station are close, for exploring Jakarta.

Nothing really, although some might say the room, especially the bathroom, showed it’s age. It would be great if the rooms could be lovingly restored to their original condition, but then maybe showing signs of their age is part of the charm.

Breakfast was fantastic ( especially foods and staff service ( bambang)) Bed very comfortable, although most furniture too old.

If housekeeping could clean bathroom properly that will be perfect ( mould everywhere in bathroom). Tap Water smelly ( when brush teeth). Hence we need to use drink bottle to brush teeth. Toilet flush need to upgrade

The location of the hotel is strategic. Despite it's an old building, the hotel is great and room is clean. The staff were friendly and helpful as well ! On top of that it's easy to get some food as it's close to the mall.

The only downside for us was the AC, as it was centralled, we couldn't adjust according to our like.
