A Home Away from Home – Thanks to Loewys Home and Mr. Jansen Our stay at Loewys Home Tanjung Duren was simply outstanding. The location is ideal – peaceful, safe, yet centrally situated – but what truly made our visit unforgettable was the warm and personal approach. The rooms are impeccably maintained: stylishly decorated, spotless, and fully equipped with all modern comforts. Every detail was just right. But what really sets Loewys Home apart is the human touch. And that comes especially from Mr. Jansen. What an incredible host! Always available, always helpful – and most importantly: he does it with a smile and that extra touch of care that’s rare to find these days. No question was too much, no detail too small. His hospitality truly made the difference. We felt welcome, seen, and thoroughly cared for. An absolute must for anyone wanting to experience Jakarta from a warm and homely base. Thank you, Mr. Jansen and team – we will definitely be back!

Clean and has windows which means, good airflow and lighting. TV cable, cold AC. Basic toilet amenities. Has small pool on the rooftop. Cafe is comfortabel and nicw. Staffs also nice and polite, but they had a hard time to keep up with requests from guests during Lebaran. Location walking distance to Ciputra Mall. Quite comfortable for staycation.

No fridge. Stairs only from parking basement to lobby, but there will be someone who is ready to help you carry the luggage. There is small elevator from lobby to the room. No breakfast, but there is a cafe downstairs. You can also ask to send the food to the room. One of the staff didn't inform the the next shift about our breakfast orders and ended up waiting a long time (we had many orders) because the food wasn't ready at the confirmed time. Hope they'll make the room more soundproof.

We enjoyed our stay! Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Location was quite good considering Jakarta is a very big city. Staff was kind and very helpful. Everything you need for a short passage via Jakarta.

Nothing to be mentioned! Be aware that some rooms have the shower and toilet outside, no big worries but is not well described on rooms characteristics, we actually thought when we booked our room that it was on the roof/last floor booked like that due to street noise but it was actually ground floor, guess we didn't see it well but pictures were confusing.

It's a well maintained and modern facility in a quiet neighborhood. I didn't have enough time to use the pool but it was a very nice size. There is a cafe downstairs and they have underground and street parking for rentals. Staff was very nice and helpful. It's About 25 min from the airport which was convenient for us. Breakfast wasn't included in the stay (which we were aware of) but there are some cafes and restaurants walking distance from the location. Plus a mall with a lot of options for food.

It's not central to old town and the main attractions, you have to take a gochek or grab, which was fine for us but may not be convenient for others during rush hour.

It was beyond my expectation. I expect the property not that big 🤣 i thought the property just a home with 3-4 rooms. it was a super nice place to stay ❤️ Room = large, comfy & clean and smells so good Restroom = very clean, comfy too staff = super friendly & super helpful !! they’re very agile. overall it was a super good accommodation for solo traveler or couple or family.

we didn’t like the swimming pool, the water is less comfortable to use for swimming, maybe because of the chemical things inside the water.

Communication went well, they organized pick up service from airport too. Friendly and helpful staffs. Very professional. Makes great coffee 😊 food were great too Cafe is a nice place to hang out Room has good size, bathroom too. Close to the airport and Gambir train station. Staffs responded quick. Laundry service were well done. Feel safe in the neighborhood. Will come again!

Swimming pool had strong chemical inside, my 3 kids and cousins had skin problem after swimming. Need to use a less chemical cleaner or better circulation system.

The room and common areas are clean and well maintained. The bed and bathroom are clean and comfortable. Location is good; it is a 6 min walk from Ciputra Mall and an 8 to 15 min drive away from Central Park Mall and Taman Anggrek Mall. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Place is very lovely and Instagramable. Clean, pretty and minimalist vibes.

- The towels are stained. - WiFi is a little slow. - No electric kettle provided within the room (need to get hot water from the dispenser outside the room). - Insufficient hangers provided (only 2 per room). - Hair dryer needs to be borrowed from the reception. - Bathroom often strongly smells of mothballs.

The room was clean and size was good for the price. Laundry is also cheap and reasonable. There is a water dispenser with hot and cold water available in the hallway. Hair dryer and small refrigerator is available upon request. Bed is comfortable. Staffs were very friendly and attentive. I stayed there with my two elderly parents. They took the initiatives to upgrade my parent's room to a bigger room. So that they can have a room with a separate shower cubicle and a bathtub, instead of a tub/shower combo. My dad has difficulty to get into the tub because he no longer has a good balance. Therefore, having a shower cubicle helped my parents alot.

To enter the hotel, you do need to climb the stairs. Although it was a short distance (2 short steps near the gate and 4/5 tall steps before the entrance), it is still difficult for those who has mobility issues.

I recently stayed 4 nights at this accommodation in Jakarta and had a great experience. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a dedicated working desk, which was perfect for my remote work needs. Additionally, there are multiple spaces to work, including a rooftop area near the pool and the coffee shop downstairs, providing flexibility depending on your preference. The pool on top of the building is a nice touch, offering a relaxing spot to unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Whether you're in Jakarta for business or leisure, this place is a solid choice, especially if you're looking for a work-friendly environment.

Placed opposite very pleasant houses which at night were very quiet as well as the road no dogs or bikes going up and down which is remarkable in Jakarta peace and quiet The road is gated and is shut at 11pm with a gate man there all night which seemed like extra security. There is a very basic breakfast available if required ,I noted that there is a Shopping centre 10 minutes walk which had many eateries opens 10am

Transportation very long time from A to B ,There uber is called GRAB get the app before you go linked to your card it ridiculous cheap ,so tip well. For the Money its very hard to say what I did not like ,when one thinks of all the good things, first a lift to each floor including the roof pool ,the smiling staff where nothing seems to much to help,room service and that overall feeling you are in a Indonesian atmosphere culture not a Large International Hotel like back home.
