Exceptional Great value for money. For this price point doubt whether you would find anything better. Location easy transport options to national monument and old Dutch area. Reception staff and house staff all very professional friendly and helpful. Super clean including corridors lift etc. I was so lucky to be given a corner room. Non smoking floor Room spacious clean with the usual very comfortable ibis bed and linens. Loved the glass bottled water provided. So much better than the ubiquitous plastic with all the microplastics in the water. Stayed 4 nights and would stay again Very highly recommended

The hospitality at this hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful, and cheerful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location is convenient, with a convenience store just opposite the hotel and easy access to various attractions. The room service was great, ensuring a comfortable experience. As a bonus, we received a free karaoke ticket, which added extra excitement to our holiday. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the option to order hot Indomie. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Good location. Very good value for the price. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. AC worked well and there was an iron available upon request.

Breakfast options weren’t great- but good considering the price point. We did place the red card they ask you to place on the bed if you want the sheets changing however they did not change the sheets- could tell this as there was a stain on the sheets that was still there after they made the room up.

hotel looked new, room looked new and very clean. Liked the beddings, clean. Staffs were very helpful in guiding about transport and location. The hotel doorman was very polite too. You can find alfa mart convenience store in front of hotel, there is an ATM in the mart too. At walking distance there are lots of street food stalls and a KFC outlet. Take a tut tut or grab car to the manggarai train station nearby that will take you to the airport.

The AC was a bit warm.

The reception team, the restaurant staffs, the house keeping team and the room which is super clean. The amenities are so fresh and all look new. The Wi-Fi is good. Everything is nearby like the supermarket, the Masjid, street food and also good restaurant special one I liked JAZEERA Arabic Restaurant ( Very Near).

I think I didn’t find any thing.

Firstly, employees are very enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, with a variety of food options and a large restaurant area. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the large bus stop. Overall, the cost-effectiveness is very high. I will stay here again on my next business trip.

Easy access to city and main roads. Rooms are new and in good condition. Size is just right for two people to stay in.

Nothing much to complain about for the amount i paid for. I would suggest to installing a sliding door to prevent the whole toilet from being wet.

Front door staff and reception were excellent, as were the other staff members I encountered. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely fragrance and cool temperature as soon as I walked in. I have always enjoyed my stays at Ibis in different countries, and this was a good continuation of that trend.
