nice room concept, modern feel, good lighting. I like it because I occupy a mezzanine type room, the position of the mattress is above the room with stair access.

the room was not soundproof, several times disturbed by the sound of people talking from outside the room. There's only one telephone and it's positioned upstairs next to the bed, it's a bit tiring to get up and down when the phone rings. the bathroom only has a shower type, it's a bit difficult to do ablution (Wudhu) because the hotel has just opened, there are no laundry facilities yet. limited parking space

Hotel staff, they are great. Nobody can fault them and if there’s any negative comments on any visitors, please negate them. As we have been to many places in Asia, Europe and America, we guarantee you that, the service, the care, the attitude and the attention being provided by the staff is at the top level.

We don’t say any negative things about the property.

The location is near to malls

Toilet is quite small and sometimes was not thoroughly cleaned. The massage experience at this hotel was quite bad, they were not experienced massager.

I loved the breakfast. The room was comfortable.

Sheets were not that clean. They had some stains like blood stains. I asked for cleaning the room but nobody showed up during the entire week. Plus, halls inside the hotel didn’t have AC

The room is nice & comfy. The breakfast area is big. The hotel has good interior design as well.

When we arrive no one care to help us with luggage, bed sheets & towel dirty! The pinpoint of location is not accurate & name in google is different - Posto Domire Benhill.

It is a quality hotel, very comfortable room and nice setting of reception area. The rooftop restaurant is excellent.

If there is a washing machine for common use, that would be very convenient for the customers. Hope the restaurant provides Indonesian style food.

Bed covers and towels, are not well maintained. Not so clean. Soap and shampoo dispensers less filled. Guests are obliged to put deposit Rp 100.000,- for key card.

Fabulous hotel, great facilities and service. The wellness and catering staff are very pleasant, and the receptionist Aldo is friendly, they gave us very good information, very professional.

The staff was very helpful, the facilities inside was exceptional. There even was a smart tv inside the room even for this price. All in all it was a very good stay and will come again whenever I come to Jakarta again
