The staff is very friendly and helpful but there is a bit of a language barrier. If you want to be a bit outside of the center then it's quite nice. In this area there a not really any tourist attractions. For people with non Asian experience might the first impression be a little shocker but ones you settled in it's getting better every minute :) The Appartment has a really nice rooftop bar which I highly recommend to visit (nice view above the neighborhood and far). All in all did we enjoy our stay in this Appartment!

My partner found a dead animal in his rice from the breakfast which was in the price included. Maybe bad luck but the appetite was gone after. For me it was a good starter for the day

The two rooms i booked was clean and neat. The place feels homy, parking lot beside the house is great. The pool is fine enough.

The staffs are not okay: 1. Not being helpful about the breakfast. I made a call to receptionist about breakfast, she said she will bring it to the room, but didn't happen. We wait a little longer, until i pick the breakfast myself. 2. The breakfast itself is awful, nasi uduk which i expect to be delicious. But it wasn't fresh and taste like yesterday's meal. 3. I made a special request in booking.com to late check out around 1-2 pm, but at 12 she call us reminding to leave the house soon. Me and my friends are still preparing to pack our stuffs at that time, but she can't wait and came knocking our room and ask to leave as soon as possible. The place is good enough with cloudy weather of Jakarta in December, but i think what needs to be improved is the staff's quality.
