This hotel have a wonderful rooftop swimming pool and it has a nice view next to the bar that have live music entertainment. Breakfast buffet was basic but the staff is really friendly. Have a good interior and interesting decoration for the kids at the lobby area. Also they provide a free refill water so you don't need to call housekeeping to have extra water.

I just feeling that the bathroom was really dark so as a girl I don't like to have make up there because not enough lightning. Overall the stay was enjoyable except the way I'm going there. It's really traffic in that area nearby to hotel, please avoid the busy time.

I loved my stay in Aloft. I felt as home and when I needed assistance with anything the staff always helped me with smile and made my day even better. Amazing food to order + great selection, great breakfast that changes a bit everyday so you don’t eat the same thing every day. Super comfortable bed. Also special thank you for Dafa, Elo and April for their everyday assistance. When I’m going to Jakarta again. I will definitely stay in aloft.

The staff were all excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast buffet is also very good! The location for what I was doing was very helpful as well.

Not all of the facilities were available on my stay, so that was a little disappointing. The wifi was spotty in the room I was in, which wasn't great, as I needed it for work.

I chose Aloft Simatupang because it was strategic to where I needed to go the next day. I've stayed here 3 times and I love it's simplicity and it's just enough to meet the standard needs such as: warm shower, nice comfortable bed and blankets, rooms has always been clean all the 3 times I've stayed there. If you're looking for something simple but comfort at a middle to up range, Aloft Simatupang is advisable.

In the 3 times we've stayed there we had an issue with TV, it wouldn't turn on. We did our own "turning it on and off" and "plugging out the cable" but still didn't work. When we called the engineering, he fixed it by refreshing the channels and it was done within 10 minutes. We stayed there also during the month of Ramadhan and had their sahoor facility. I must say that their range of food for the sahoor were mostly heavy Asian/Indonesian food. We would have liked to have a little more variety of light but fulfilling choices like oatmeals or krueslies.

I really Enjoy Staying at aloft hotels 3D2N & really pleasant. This hotel is considered new (roughly 2 years based on Aunt LiLy GM at this hotel). Of course there is some room for the improvement like the maintenance of the room(wallpaper near window is spoiled little bit), the room smells musty, and last but not least, lack of soundproof little bit (i stay in room 919). The location of the hotel to find many dishes in south jakarta is considered good. The comfort of their pillow and their bed is superb and the water pressure is really good. The restaurant during our breakfast is superb and I love the original foods from Indonesian Chinese like kwetiau ala tumeric?is delicious.

So far it is good and needs little touching up in terms of decoration walls and the glass needs to cleanse little bit in the future ya

place is modern and very clean. staff is helpful and responsive. food is exceptional and the selection is widely varied, we loved everything we tried at the buffet and we tried almost everything. amenities are good, we especially appreciate the iron in the room. we didn’t get the a full bed but each of the twin bed is pretty big for 2 persons so it was still comfortable for couples. an indomaret is just beside the hotel building. other facilities are good; though we didn’t use the gym but a friend of ours said it was pretty nice.

the hotel is located on of the big streets in the city so the traffic in front of the hotel is pretty bad. it’s also pretty far from train station and bus stop so not very convenient for public transport user. the pool is small so it’s pretty crowded in high season.

The place itself is lovely, clean and true to the pictures posted. The receptionist lady was exceptionally helpful and nice in guiding us for foods within the vicinity.

If you plan to visit more of the areas towards northern or central the traffic from South could be bit overwhelming for tourist.

it was my second time staying there. the bed was comfortable. bathroom/shower was great. room was not too small and not too big, just enough for the both of us. even if we were located in a room near the elevator it wasn't noisy at all.

we were there during ramadhan and we decided to take the sahoor which was offered. we did expect a little more variety of western food because mostly were asian/indonesian which was a little heavy. the western stations was just cereal and bread.

Very nice comfortable rooms, excellent service from staff. Nice bar on roof with small pool. Food good.

Location, but that was due to refusing to stay at first hotel as it was so terrible. Aloft had availability so took it.

Location is very good, near to the heart of the city. The staff is the one that makes my stay special. They are all so friendly and kind and always so willing to extend a hand whenever I need! Big props to them!
