The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. A glass bottle was provided to get water from the water dispenser in the corridor, no disposable plastic water was used while being able to obtain as much water as one likes. The breakfast was local, and varieties were not extensive but good enough. The stuffs were friendly and helpful. There is a mall next to the hotel and it has a good choice of food and restaurants.

Sound proofing of the window wasn't good, as the hotel was right next to a busy highway with traffics all day round, my sleep was disturbed several times by the sound from the bikes during the night.

Just perfect little room and clean. Love that there are USB sockets in the room. Ned comfy. And mall is just .. next door basically.

Room.. service menu needs attention. I stayed 5 days and some nights I was too tired to go out for dinner. They got my food wrong . After waiting for almost an hour. Menu was wrong.

Booked it to be close to where I needed to go, was very convenient. The mall nearby was convenient for meals as well.Bed was very comfortable.

I feel like the aircond could have been better. It took super long to cool down the room and the air felt like it was barely changing. if they could do some fixing to the aircon, it would be great.

The room was really clean and the hotel staff was very helpful. The shower was nice and spacey. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and fresh.

The door that connects the room to the room next door, was not very sound insulated. Which means that the sounds from the other room were clearly heard. The underground parking is relatively small. It was difficult to maneuver and to find an empty parking spot.

New hotel so the cleanliness was not really an issue. The staff were very helpful throughout my visit.

Breakfast was mainly traditional to the region. The coffee machine was often not working also the bread toaster. I ended up buying French pastries from the mall and eating this for breakfast most days.

Located close to a mall which had a well-stocked supermarket where I could by my own breakfast.

Breakfast choice was very limited, and replenishment of things like bread & eggs took forever! The butter provided for toast seemed to be cooking butter therefore I purchased my own butter at the mall. New for this visit was a self-service coffee machine, providing lattes, cappuccinos, etc.

Right next to Cilandak Town Square where you can have meals/drinks and hang out. Everyone knows where it is so it is very convenient to meet up with people.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be better.

Very clean room, very comfortable. It's quiet, but sometimes a bit noisy in the morning. Eco friendly hotel. They don't provide a free bottle of water, but there's 2 dispensers available in the corridor. I think that's pretty handy.

Lack of selection of vegetarian food for breakfast.

We were so happy with the hotel. Our room was very clean, tidy and stylish. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff were all so helpful and professional. We loved the buffet breakfast, the food was really good (and the drinks too). The hotel restaurant interior setting is also very cozy. We could order food too at the hotel restaurant for lunch and/or dinner and the food was always delicious. In our opinion, this hotel (and the restaurant) is very well managed. So glad we chose this very nice hotel.
