In Jakarta, it matters where you stay, because the traffic is so heavy and you can spend hours on the road. If your business is in the hotel's area, Kristal is a good place. liked the green environment with many trees and flowers. The pool was very nice and not crowded. Staff was very friendly and tried to help with all issues. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were ok, but not exceptional. The bar is very nice. Overall, a good stay, with staff members who are experienced in their job.

Breakfast crowds at some times, and overall a bit more cleanliness at the breakfast buffet would improve the guest's experience. I had a bad door lock, which caused me running up and down several times because I couldn't enter my room with my key. Finally, staff changed my room, moved all my belongings, and gave me a room with a working key-lock. So, problem solved.

Spacious rooms, good food, nice bakery, good massage , nice crew, very enthusiastic and helpful Concierge, like Mr. Taufik ( he calls himself Mr Macho -haha) , nice location, complete with bar and ATM machine

The cutlery, glasses etc at the pantry were not clean At busy moments you are in the same queue as the guests that come for check in , pity there is no separate lane for guests with other needs & questions. As it took 1,5 hour to wait.

The whole place was very nice.The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was nice with a good variety of dishes and a buffet if wanted. The kids loved the pool and I enjoyed having a beer watching them in the pool 😁.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower over the bath in my room wasn't tall enough for me (186cm/ 6'1") and was a bit weak as the pipe would kink but it wasn't a major problem.

I travel with kids all the time , both for work and leisure. i love the fact that I can always book 2 bedroom apartments, with spacious living space and pantry. staffs were Amazing!! all are nice and friendly.. and location is perfect for my needs.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it had something for him (an Englishman) and for me (Asian). The staffing was outstanding as all of hotel personnel were very helpful and polite. The pool was huge and always clean, quite enjoyable if you want to have a swim. The Satu Lagi Bar was a good place to have dinner and drinks or meet with friends or colleagues.

The building is old but not creepy. The unit is very cozy, clean and spacious. The beds are surprisingly very comfortable. I slept well and woke up feeling refreshed.

Nothing. As long as the room is clean and the bed is comfortable and I can sleep well, everything is acceptable for me.

I’ve stayed at Kristal Hotel multiple times since I was young, so this is one of my family’s favourite hotels. I’ve never been disappointed and this time is no exception. Comfortable room, good swimming pool, delicious breakfast, hospitable staff.

Some facilities - hotel corridors, playground, in-room kitchen - are starting to look old and tired, so need upgrading.

Breakfast was tasty and varied,the staff were freindly and helpfull,a very enjoyable stay thank you for looking after us all
