Arrived early at the hotel and received a compensation to get an early check in. Love so much : 1. the restaurant’s buffet menus! 2.my room because I extended 4 times (total 14 days) and got the same room so I didn’t have to move. 3. Location is strategic!

Overall were nice but terrible things happened when I checked out. I had an early flight back to Japan at 7 am and called front desk at 3:30 am to ask help to carry my suitcases to the lobby. (1) Despite calling 5-6 times, no one answered. Luckily the taxi driver called and I asked him to ask the satpam to contact front desk but surprisingly, they don’t even know where the front desk were and how to contact them. I’m a hotelier and been to night shifts so I know well how it works. (2) Last but not least, the front desk finally answered the call and didn’t apologize at all not even when I checked out. So sad but the ending for my long stay (14 days) was bitter!

On the whole the breakfast was good. A variety of hot and cold items. The toaster took 2 or 3 goes to toast and the coffee machine hissed and spat at me. Staff noticed my problem and offered when they greeted me in the morning to make me coffee.

Drawers for clothing, there seemed to be a cupboard missing. Having to stack everything on the wardrobe floor for 2 weeks was not good. The shower splashed all over the floor. The curtain that could be pulled down in the shower was covered with mound.

The location and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast buffet spread has definitely improved since my last stay and comment. kudos to Mercure Simatupang for a better local spread of offerings, which included the noodle station, for breakfast

Nothing actually. It was perfect but if I have to, I would say the beddings of my room probably has seen better days. The comforter had a torn cover and slight stain on it. The TV controller, the battery compartment has a missing cover…. But overall, it did not matter to me

Modern, casual hotel.

Location is a little isolated. Breakfast room was understaffed which meant some empty spaces for food and drinks for those eating later. Swimming pool is postage stamp size. Fitness room with equipment badly maintained.

Good location close to Highway and Shopping mall. The Hotel is nice with art decoration

The Restaurant doesn't have many choice of food but for the night rate is very good.

The hotel is near MRT station. It's very convenient to travel to city centre. There are quite a number of supermarket, convenient stores and eateries around the hotel. Very convenient.

Breakfast needs to improve. There is not much choices. for the fees charged, it is expensive.

The room was very very nice and comfortable. It was easy to reach my prefered water temperature for shower (in many other hotels its hard to make it not either too hot or too cold)

The breakfast buffet was quite below the room standard.

An affordable option in South Jakarta.

Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. Restaurant food is mediocre! You need to take a taxi to reach cafes, restaurants, malls etc.

Fantastic apartment, great facilities. Very close to Poins Shopping Mall.

Rooftop area needs updating.

The variety is limited n the same everyday.
