The pool is quite big and the gym was enormous and well equipped.

Two rooms, all had problems. First, they gave me a connecting room even though I did not ask for it and travelled alone. I asked for a replacement and got another room that could not be locked from the inside. At least after they upgraded me to a suite, which was really big and nice. Maybe next time please don't give solo guest a connecting room. Secondly, the breakfast staff forbid me from wearing a lady sandal (not flip flop, but with strings around) but allowed many other people including western foreigners (!) entered with flip flops. Discrimination much? I have never checked into a hotel that gave me two headaches in less than 24 hours. Yes you gave me a suite but I prefer a smooth, secure room with non discriminatory treatment at breakfast.

Though it lacks the full service of the known 5-star hotels, the price/quality ratio is unbeatable. Nice, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and nice pool.

Service could be better, we couldn’t order late night, one day our room wasn’t cleaned, massage was wrongly booked, ..

It exceed my expectation. I was satisfied to stay in suite room where the space is 58m: it has mini kitchen, fridge flat screen tv, and bathtub. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel just steps away from Citos. The staffs are very kind and are ready to give you help. I recommend this hotel for couple.

The WIFI is slow and most of the time is useless. The elevator/lifts are confusing because there are two sides and doesn't interconnect to each other. Also, the elevator/lift is slower to meet 5 stars hotel in Jakarta.

Hotel is of a very high level, staff were brilliant, the facilities are wicked. It's a very pretty hotel and the it's a great place to work and do meeting from also. It's got a lovely atmosphere.

No mini bar selection or any 'bottled' water available. Hotel location is actually really awkward as you have to get a taxi everywhere.. even to a coffee shop that's if you want to go out of the hotel grounds. However, I feel lots of Jakarta is set up like this where its not walkable so I guess that's not something the hotel can do much about.

I am at this Hotel since about 15 days ago I see the grate management, great personal team worker and fantastic services. I see one the employee here her name is Rebeca who is the wonderful professional girls that deserves the high rank promotion She caused and impressed me to extend my stay I seen several respected and professional acting employees that all the best as one better that the other Is really enjoyable to stay in this Hotel under this management Dr Abbas Ahmadi

Ideal location for my office. Comfy beds and spotless clean room. Was upgraded so had lounge access on the 19th floor. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here when I return.

The facility and the location was amazing !!! So close to everything it was an absolute delight.

The food first of all was amazing, the roof top bar/restaurant ( Fat & Sim) and excellent opinions for me as a Westerner, and also had great opinions for my Indonesian family and also for my Vegan friend that stayed with me.

Location : perfect for wherever we need to be Clean : it’s clean. Food : were really nice and huge portions Staffs : were friendly and listened well to our needs

a few days during Eid, the cleaning is a bit sloppy, we told the manager and they amend it immediately.

We stayed in an executive suite on two separate occasions over a short period of time. There were a lot of perks on offer during our stay but I was impressed with what was on offer in general, bearing in mind, this costs the same as a bad hotel in Singapore or an average hotel anywhere in Ireland. There is an army of staff on duty to cater to your requirements and the magnificent suite we had on the 19th floor overlooking the Jakarta skyline was equipped with every necessity you could need. There is a surprising amount of facilities on offer, pool area, gym and spa treatments, roof garden, restaurants, 24 hr room service, there's even live music on weekends, you learn as you go. Convenient location, I found this to be a better option than a hotel and had a very comfortable and secure sleep every night.

Communication with the guests needs much improvement. Which facilities are available/unavailable, when facilities are open/closed, mostly pertaining to, but NOT limited to services on the Fifth floor where there is clearly a language barrier.

This was one of the finest hotels I have stayed in not solo based upon the location or building but the staff the treatment etc My son was not feeling well so we asked for early check in which was not only accommodated but we was upgraded for free as our room was not available There after everything was just perfect

It's very expensive as well as the restaurant food which I believed for the price could have been better
