Quick response & solution to complaint. The AC in my initial room released bad smell from time to time. A new better room is provided almost immediately

Lack of small but necessary features like handtowel, glasses. Bathroom is a bit too dark

Their concern about environment make no plastic on the trash and make it looking dirty will be nice if they use trash bins with cover on top if not using plastic

The hotel is clean, the room is nice, big, clean and well lit (stayed at Executive suite), it has kitchenette too, there are greenery area near the pool, which is nice, play area for little kid & small gym. Short walk to the mall, salon & toll. All the staff were lovely

This was my 2nd time staying here. I stayed at the Studio Executive room (40 m²). If you are studying or working and need a quiet place to stay, this is the hotel to choose. The desk is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the view is really nice. There is also a kitchen and cutlery. It's close to some malls and it's easy to get delivery food sent here. I have stayed in the Executive Suite room as well (64 m²), which feels more luxurious and comfortable. But the Studio Executive room is good enough for me too. My suggestion is to choose the Executive Suite room to get the best experience at this hotel. The food here is good too.

In the Studio Executive room, the bathroom is alright but could be a little better. The curtain that hides the shower is not that nice – it looks dirty and it was hard to roll up and down. This is not the case for the Executive Suite room – the bathroom is so nice and does not have that curtain. Also, cleaning room service was inconsistent – sometimes they came, sometimes they did not come. Sometimes they did not clean or replace the used cutlery, so I'm not sure if should bring my own dish-washing liquid next time. Also, it's very hard to use the telephone to call the front desk or any other service when you want to check-out. The designated numbers on the telephone do not work at all. You may have to press 1 but I'm not sure. I would appreciate a list of updated numbers to call.
