We used the Belaya hotel as a springboard for our trip to Karimunjawa. For this it’s perfectly located as it’s within 10 minutes from the ferry terminal (Just schedule a Grab the night before). The staff is very friendly and the hotel’s restaurant is surprisingly good, offering a mix of Western, Thai and Indonesian cuisine. We had a family room for the four of us, with parents and children sharing two double beds. Everything was pretty clean and the beds were good. Breakfast was included, with a choice of set menus, again from different cuisines, as was wifi. You’ll be absolutely fine here.

We personally wouldn’t choose to have towels hanging behind the toilet, but you can work around that. As so often in Indonesia, there are elements in the bathroom which could do with a bit more maintenance but it is really nothing to worry about.

The rooms are well-furnished, clean and quite modern. The location is very central. We walked to the Saturday night park entertainment and it's easy to get to shops and cafe's. Plenty of restaurants close by including the very good Thai restaurant in house. The bathroom was very utilitarian, quite local, a wet room and the soap & shampoo dispensers mounted on the wall didn't work well. The bed was a little hard for me. We needed to get an early car to Semarang and the staff made us to go breakfasts. No problem at all. Thanks so much for the lovely stay

Not much, as I said they need to look at the shampoo/soap dispensers, we took the tops off and scooped it out with our fingers as the pump didn't work. Also the bed was a little hard for me. Other people might like that.

Had an amazing stay here. Probably the most comfy bed during the trip. Nice, spatious and well air conditioned room. Nice location close to the ferry. Amazingly friendly staff, would help with basically anything

Nothing really, maybe the bathroom could need an upgrade but its a very minor thing

checking in prior to our late arrival was good. upon our arrival, we were able to settle in right away. the restaurant Yam Yam was charming with delicious food. beef fajitas was surprisingly good. beautiful decor and bright lightings in the evenings were quite welcoming and felt safe there.

We used it just as an overnight stay before the ferry to Karimunjawa. For this purpose it’s perfect. It’s clean, well designed, and has an in-house restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It’s also walking distance from other restaurants such as Pizza hut and KFC.

It’s a great stopover point before onward travel, but i’m not sure i would choose this hotel as a destination itself.

We stayed there one night, because next morning we left for Karimunjawa. Staff are doing a great job. They even helped us with ferry tickets. Restaurant food quality is really good. Fresh produce every day. Rooms are tidy, spaceous and our had a two AC-s. All in all, great value for money.

Pretty close to the harbor (for the ferry) and a very clean room with a good bed with a solid matress.

I wanted to check out early (06.10) but all the personel was gone / asleep

nice and comfy hotel. large and clean bedroom. located just near the city center or “alun-alun”. I recommend this hotel for leisure with family.

The room was beautiful, comfortable and very quiet. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the restaurants downstairs were excellent. We came as an overnight stop-off on the way from Yogyakarta to Karimunjawa, and it fit the bill perfectly.

Nothing - it was all great

This hotel is a combination restaurant and accommodation, very close to the port. The accommodation is simple and clean. The food provided in the restaurant is diverse and delicious.
