Nice pool , nice restaurant on spot

Access to infinity beach club pool was by 500 000IDR deposit (you could buy food and drinks of 350 000IDR with it). We didn't know before arriving at the infinity beach club that the access to the pool is extra charge. I recommend using the hotel pool for free instead of ~2h roundtrip to the infinity beach club and the extra fee.

Relatively near to the airport, although since it was our first time in Bali and we did not do any prior research on locations can’t really comment on how the hotel distance is from certain tourist or locations of note, if wasn’t far though, going to Kuta Beach area was only about 30 minutes via grab (with the usual traffic). Prices were very good, rooms are clean, they didn’t have the double bed as we requested but they combined to 2 super single beds and put on king size comforter and beddings so can’t tell the difference. Kudos to the staff for speedy work. Breakfast was good, there’s local food variety daily, although we’ve been there only for 2 days breakfast so can’t say whether the local cuisine menu is repeated how often.

It’s a little bit small compared to the photos. But wasn’t anything unexpected. What was annoying though was the valve switch to change from the overhead shower to the shower handle was not sealing properly so water was always coming out both sides. They didn’t provide any hand towels or face towels, just the 2 regular bath towels. Rooms are non smoking rooms but somehow always has cigarette smells in the common corridor, maybe some other dumbass customers sneaking one in the stairwells. Can’t really walk around the hotel as it’s right beside a main road and no interesting shops nearby for tourists.

My first impression of the Hotel was that it was smaller than expected but still met all my expectations, the staff were friendly, helpful, always greeting me with a smiling face, my room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower offered Hot water, Aircon was a necessity for me which worked perfectly, was able to adjust and switch off as I pleased, I had access to a safe and Mini fridge, I received Two 500ml bottles of water every morning (Usually when the staff came to clean the room) I had a buffet breakfast every day with suitable food options for all eating styles, Vegetarian, Vegan e.t.c + a voucher to use for Dinner one time, because I was a Solo Traveler I was told I could use voucher twice as it was for a couple, I had a one time use voucher for transfer to the Airport but had to notify the staff a day before I plan to go there. The Hotel has a Gym but it was small, only a couple of people at a time would be ideal, it also has access to a Pool which was located on the Top floor ( Roof) same as the gym. The Hotel does offer Tour Packages but I don't think it will be as extensive as looking at Tour Guides (Bali) in Google, overall it was a very pleasant, safe, stay and I would highly recommend, + it is close to the Airport 15-20mins depending on traffic.

I personally did not dislike anything, everything was more than satisfactory for me.

Absolutely EVERYTHING was perfect about our 7 night stay at infinity. The hotel was immaculate all the time, the staff always friendly and professional, and we were impressed my the service and quality of everything provided. The hotel is located in a perfect location between Kuta, Nusa Dua and Uluwatu but just make sure you try to go somewhere before or after rush hour! Our room was a fantastic size with a seriously comfy bed! There was daily room cleaning offered although we didn’t always require it. The gym was a good size with a great amount of equipment for a satisfying workout and the AC worked well. The pool was clean, sunbeds comfy and the pool area was always peaceful. We really appreciated the extra additions because we stayed 7 nights and it made us feel really looked after 🙏

We missed out on visiting infinity beach club and wish we stayed longer to experience it!

The hotel is really clean and cozy. All the staffs here are friendly and helpful. I was a little sick on my check-in day and the front desk staff gave me medicine and advised me on how to take the medicine and the next timing to take my medication. Checked in on me the next morning when she saw me. & I don’t know of GWK Cultural Park until I saw the statue from my room. There are nice beaches nearby but don’t had the time to visit.

Thought that it’s a little far to places that I wanted to go- Canggu and Seminyak. But no regrets! ❤️

Beautifully decorated hotel with a luxe feel as soon as you walk in. Very helpful staff. We were given a touched for a free meal one night and free beers/soft drinks, which we weren’t expecting, so that was a pleasant surprise. There were 2 pools - a kids pool and a pool for everyone else, which meant people could have a more relaxed vibe if they wanted. The pool was clean and well maintained. There was lots of choice for breakfast. The gym was well equipped for a good workout. For the price, you probably won’t find a place better than infinity 8

If I have to be picky I’d say the area around it isn’t really walkable, but that’s not really an issue because everywhere is easily accessible using Grab.

Amazing staff! They were all very lovely & helpful. We felt comfortable and welcomed upon arrival. There is security at the front gate as well. The room was nice and has everything you need (Kettle, safe, mini fridge, TV etc…) Shower is nice and open. The bed was comfortable, loved all the pillows. The breakfast was SO good! A huge variety of food to choose from. The rooftop pool is gorgeous & loved the view.

We liked everything! The bathroom was a little dirty upon arrival but besides that, everything was perfect & enjoyed our stay.

The room was super nice, I love how you guys did the interior of the rooms and it was pretty spacious and bigger than expected. The fact that we had connecting rooms was a pleasant surprise, because we didn’t expect this at all but it was super convenient because of the fact that we were traveling with the family. Furthermore, the swimming pool was absolutely gorgeous! I love to enjoy the view from there as well as enjoying using this facility.

Only downside was that the cleaners forgot to give some extra toilet paper 😅

To be fair, our stay in “uluwatu” we decided to make it in this hotel, in this location and was the best thing we made. The location is just in the middle of everything, so near from kuta & only 25/35 minutes to the beach by motorbike (yes, you’ll need one motorbike yes or yes as there’s almost anything around) It was worth it every cent we paid. We stay for 11 days so we had free pick up from the airport, breakfast included all the days, a dinner, 2 beers & also a transfer to a beach club (but we didn’t went). We took a lovely massage in the hotel, it was okay. Nothing crazy. I want to say that the EGG GUY from the breakfast was literally the best. He’s an amazing guy, he’s really focus on his job and we want to say that he was so so kind. If you are deciding what room you want, please take the Deluxe room, as is the one that is facing the street (yes bring some earbuds for sleep), the superior room is inside the hotel & the windows face to the main hall, is not a real window.

You can see that the hotel is recovering a little bit from the Covid, so there’s still smell on the toilet/shower. The personal from the reception needs to be a little bit more happy & servicial. The staff from the breakfast, spa & housekeeping, amazing!

The swimming pool on the roof was lovely . The shower was strong .

My bed was far too hard . The lobby was so humid and hot that it wasn't possible to stay there long . The restaurant was attached to the lobby and impossible to eat in. There were no hooks in the room or anywhere to dry towels . The free meal was from a set menu not the usual one . We had it delivered to the room as the restaurant was too hot to eat in. I had a spa treatment and although the prices reflected a high end spa sadly this was not the case. It was shabby and sparse and I had to remind the masseuse about the package I had booked as she missed stuff out .
