Can use the pool 24/7. Relaxed staff. Can rent motorbikes. Good Aircon and rooms. Chinese restaurant opposite was amazing.

Slightly confusing breakfast options as you are charged if you have too many choices. Area is a little odd but that's mitigated by motorbike rental. Quite expensive to rent a motorbike, however (basically double what you'll pay elsewhere).

Location was in a residential area so no restaurant nearby but the food at the restaurant there was delicious and well priced . We stayed in terracotta 6 only a couple of things the doors to outside are glass even though had dark privacy opaque windows the light shone in all night perhaps a blind or a curtain would be helpful. Bathroom had a bath shower but the shower only came to my chest l am short but found this arrangement awkward. But overall our room was amazing.

The resort area was just amazing and beautiful. So calm and lots of details. We stayed there for 2 nights after arriving since it is close to the airport. The food was fine and the outside pool area with all the plants just chill and great. The stuff was very nice and welcoming and our bungalow lovely spacious.

The bathroom was a little old and not clean enough.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff exuded warmth and professionalism. Their courteous demeanor and attentiveness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Throughout our stay, their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident. The property itself is impressive and well-maintained, with plenty of greenery throughout the premises. The hotel is easy to reach by cab, with clear directions and good connectivity to major parts of the city. We took a Gojek from the airport in the afternoon, and it cost us about 130,000 IDR. There are several cafes and restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options within walking distance.

One thing to keep in mind when visiting Bali is the presence of mosquitoes. Properties with a lot of greenery tend to have more mosquitoes and other insects. You might also spot geckos or “chi chaks” around—they’re harmless and actually help control the insect population. Just avoid touching or disturbing them, and they’ll usually move along on their own.

When you walk in, it’s like a dream, it was so welcoming and the staff are amazing. The property is secluded which makes it so peaceful. The massages are so so good, they really take time and we were late to ours because of the rain but they didn’t cut it short. All the extras like receiving tea when we first arrive and the hospitality, you would walk around the villa and all the staff will smile. Breakfast was good, always on time we always had room service as we had a villa, they set the food up well. The room service/ cleaning was amazing we would go in to a brand new villa every time after we had come back. Overall we are so so happy with our stay they made our stay so amazing.

Where we were staying in the villa there was a rooster that would go off a lot in the morning, was basically like an alarm and there are mosquitoes but they give you sprays and we knew that there was going to be mosquitoes

The villas were stunning, so quiet and calming. The perfect cross between a hotel and villa. Spa services were outstanding.

Restaurant left a lot to be desired but the staff tried to be so accommodating.

In my 29 years of traveling, I can confidently say that this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the exceptional food to the impeccable service, every detail exceeded my expectations. The warmth and professionalism of the staff truly made my stay unforgettable, and everything was executed with perfection. I am already looking forward to returning to this beautiful hotel next year. Lovely gardens and friendly helpful staff. She explained all the features in our villa, and we took advantage of laundry service and had breakfast delivered in our villa, which was incredible. There are so many pools to choose from as well as our own in our villa. Happy hour cocktails went for 4 hrs, which again we took advantage of! Our villa was immaculate, spacious, nice cool aircon, massive bathroom, very comfy massive bed.

Our driver got lost finding this place.. it is tucked away off main road.

We booked a pool villa and when we go there, there was a lot of construction noise. It was so loud back at the villa, there was absolutely no way we could enjoy our time there. Luckily, the hotel wasn't busy and they upgraded us at no charge to a 2 bedroom pool villa, where there was no noise. This was amazing. It was one of the best rooms I've ever been in. We loved it and were very happy they moved us.

The construction noise is horrible. They shouldn't even rent the rooms out that are near it. I talked to other people about it and they hated it too. There was no warning ahead of time. DO NOT RENT A STANDARD POOL VILLA
