*The staff was very helpful and courteous. One of the front desk people organized a car to Rammang-Rammang for me which turned out to be with a very reliable driver. *Excellent location. *Comfortable room. *Good value for the money.

*Breakfast was marginal. Lots of the items had been consumed and were not replaced with fresh new items. *Very noisy on my floor. Loud guests and lots of chaos after midnight. Also the canned music playing over the speakers in the hallway was a bit loud and would start playing at 7:30 in the morning. *The property is a bit worn and could use a little overhaul, but it's still nice enough.

The cleaning service staff didn't check all the in room dust bin, i stayed for 3 nights and i threw up toilet paper in a bathroom dust bin since the day 1 but until the day 4 that trash still in there. Means they didn't clean in up well.

- The room is big and well laid out - The bed is wonderful, especially after long day of work. - Facilities are working great (gym has some standard equipments) and pool is long l enough to do laps. - Variety of breakfast is great. - Valet service is amazing. - Reception and waiting room looks fancy - Big size bin. So we can easily throw things that is big like food box. - Clean bathroom, hot water is great It's the best 3 star hotel I've ever been staying in Makassar.

- Front office sometimes leaves reception area. - Breakfast (porridge section) was finished so quick because it's great and can be comforting food first thing in the morning. But the refilling system is slow. - Still having plastic bottles in the room. Many hotels have switched to more eco-friendly options. - Some lights are connected through one switch, so it's super light, and super dark. I prefer it to be separated, so I can adjust my light level. - Fridge doesn't work. (Need to call maintenance first) - safe deposit box doesn't work. (Need to call maintenance first) - Hair dryer is not working. (Need to call maintenance first)

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel looks nice, the location is good and for the price you get a good value!

The rooms are not quite as new as they seem on the website. Unfortunately the staff didn’t know too much about how and where to book a bus to go to the next city and when they are leaving. It would have been nice to get information also in the hotel.

The place is well located and it provides excellent service.

The Internet connection is not that stable. If you are thinking of doing some work that involves conference calls, the Internet will not be the best. Although next door there is a cafe with nice WiFi.

Room would need a refurbishment, It’s a bit old and worn out and bed sheets were stained. Not a big deal but would be much better with some renovations.

I loved my stay so much that I extended for 3 extra nights. Very comfortable and big bed and a hot shower. Everything was clean. Breakfast was lovely and the pool was great. The hotel is close to losari beach and supermarkts. Would definitely stay here again!

location is nearby shop, cafe and pantai losari. The breakfast is good even not so much choices but the quality and the taste was superb!!!.. the desert and porridge pumpkin... so sedappp.............

the bedsheet cover need to improve.. not so clean.. got a little stain even it change the new one..
