Hotel room is clean and well equipped, staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast has a variety of options, both indonesian and international style. It's available early, so it's good for those who travel.

The a/c is very noisy and it was quite annoying during the night sleep. Also, there's some light that filters through the curtains even in the middle of the night.

It was good value and located walking distance to everywhere I needed. Clean and comfortable.

There are limited facilities. I didnt even try to get a beer ... so if u want to hav alcohol go somewhere else like I did (I walked to Gravity at the SwissBelhotel) or dont. Staff not well briefed ... I was asked to pay again on checkout even tho I paid on checkin. Safety box was locked .. it was only 1 night and I padlocked my money and valuables in my bag ... but it would b nice to have it working. Elevator seemed to take forever. There was random furniture and room make up cart left around the lift on 2nd floor all the time I was there.

The location is strategic and not noisy, even though it is in the city center. No sound from the mosque. Good for light sleeper like me. Cek in / cek out is very fast and efficient. All the staff ( Front desk & house keeping ) knows how to keep customer back. Thanks Guys!! Would love to stay again in future.

Really great and friendly staff, very clean rooms, nice breakfast. Staff were willing to help us with whatever we asked (keep our luggages, help us with returning our scooter etc.)

Breakfast is almost the same every morning, very limited options, can be improved. Pillows are too small.

Great, new hotel. Staff was really friendly, room was clean, comfy and spacious, functioning AC and Wifi (though sometimes not that fast). Shower was good, but finding the right temperature was a bit tricky. We took the breakfast option, which we did not regret. There was a buffet with Indonesian and Western food (cereals, donuts, toast, fresh fruits, croissant).

The staff Rani, Noni and Erwin the manager were very very helpful and nice. Even allowed me a late check out coz I had to take the night bus. cleanliness and functional utilities
