Been able to rent the motorbike from one of the staff to get to a nearby restaurant. Good value for money.

What was very disappointing (its written very small on the website) is that my gf and myself were not able to stay in the same room even we live together since 2 years. So i had to book an extra room. Given those circumstances i wont come again.

The location was excellent. It is right at the center of the city, there are many food stalls nearby, and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

The room is not soundproof, so sometimes the sound from outside is still heard. It's quite disturbing at midnight.

The place near to university, have atm nearby inside the university, walk around 3/4 minute. The bed room is good cool amazing. have many shop and stall also cafe nearby.

Not have hot bath

In general, this guest house is very good and value for money. The location is in the center of Kota Malang, but not in the busy, noisy road. My tips would be if you take the superior room, please ask the one on the first floor as the room is much better than the one in the second room. Also, try to get the room in the front to get better signals. If you stay in a standard room and have no issues with stairs, get a room on the second floor. This last tip is for those who cannot live without a signal :).

The room and the bathroom were clean. Friendly staff. Great location right across Universitas Negeri Malang, a nice quiet surrounding. Easy access and easy check in.

It's a shame there was no warm water in the bathroom.

Nice hotel, everything looks quite new and clean. The rooms has enough space, comfortable bed and the wifi is good.

Shower didn’t have a lot of pressure.

Not well isolated, people got up really early and were quite loud

Overall the hotel is very clean, the hot water is working good. We will definitely come back if we visit Malang again.
