We're used to staying in hostels/ homestays while we travel and this is by far the best place we've been for a similar price. The room was spacious, sparkling clean and beds were super comfortable. Staff were lovely! Particularly Fajar from security who was incredibly helpful and so friendly, he went out of his way to help us and had plenty of recommendations. Great location too, only a 10 min grab to the nearby malls and a good location for getting to Bromo too. Would definitely stay here again.

Size of the family room is quite large. Great view!

There was disturbing noise from the ceiling every night. There were many mosquitoes in the room (mosquitoe nets in the bathroom were not properly secured).

Beautiful place with a great view and nice and spacious room.

The restaurant was not so cozy for the evenings. And the location in the neighborhood of 3 mosques can be a bit noisy at prayer-times.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff that makes you feel you are in Bali. The location is perfect as it is located in a peaceful street, but close enough to the main street for restaurants, laundry etc. The hotel has 2 locations: hotel and cottages. Just 100m apart. We got an upgrade to the cottages as our room asigned to us had cold shower. Pool was clean and we saw staff cleaning it daily as well. Breakfast buffet was great with many dishes to choose from, fresh fruit, and toast as well.

The hotel is visually stunning. Beautiful decorations, swimming pool is great. It was a pleasure to just walk around and hang out by the pool. Rooms were clean, with a nice interior. And the staff was really friendly.

We came during the rainy season, so nothing was really drying out and the room smelled like mold. It would be great to have some space to dry things out or just a free drying service. Looking at the prices in Indonesia all of the extra services in the hotel were pretty pricey.
