Everything was perfect - cleanliness, comfort, staff, huge windows in the room, and the place was simply wonderful - views of the mountains and mysterious temples.

The pool really doesnt get much sun so for us european who want to sunbathe around the pool isnt ideal but this is quite frequent in asian hotels. If the metal detectors at the front are not being used (ie if they ring nothing happens) then they should be removed it doesnt look very welcoming and doesnt seem to serve a purpose...?

Friendly and welcoming staff made the experience so much better and the options and opportunities todo things on site was great the food was amazing

The shower in our room was damaged and broken we reported to the ground office and they said someone went and fix it but it was a very minor fix and didn’t help that much

Actually I stayed three days but with different bookings. My first stay I got a very nice room with excellent cleanliness. But on the second stay I got a different room that has lower cleanliness.

I hope they can keep the highest standar to all if their room. The breakfast selection was quite limited to Indonesian/Manado food. Although it was delicious, I missed some western food on my third morning.

Brilliant hotel. Very luxurious, with swimming pool and excellent breakfast. Spacious rooms and beds. Very good aircon. Outside of center Manado, but Luwansa makes that up for luxury. Regarded as tophotel in Manado.

Nothing. Just keep in mind it is not in the heart of the city. But staff organise transport as well.

A very clean hotel with all facilities you need. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent. Great shower. Huge comfortable bed. Breakfast with a lot of options. From the rooftop bar you have a marvelous view. We had a perfect stay.

The total hotel is perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was big and had all one needs. We had a very comfortable stay. The rooftop is nice and beautiful view.
