Close location to airport…15 minute drive. Restaurant on site, some other activities. Front desk staff very nice. Food was tasty. Pool was big and looked inviting.

The staff around the bar /restaurant/coffee area were disorganized. Many people doing one thing and many none. We would get 3 people to fix a drink bring a beer and then go to another spot to pay regardless of where you purchased. Can’t imagine if it was busy. The special cocktail, which took over 15 minutes to make was so small it took 4 swallows to finish.

The staff were friendly and did change our rooms to match the ones which matched the specs in our booking. Our breakfast was very good there was plenty of choice and chefs even produced omelets to taste. The rooms were comfortable, there were number of indoor games like pool and table tennis available. Some of our party had a round of golf and the walk around it was pleasant. It is also convenient for the airport.

Initially the rooms allocated did not fit description, though this was rectified. To explore Manado you would need to get a taxi.

Rarely find hotel that there's nothing to like or complain. This is one of them. Nothing to complain. Everything went smooth from check in to check out. If something, maybe the issue is with too big list of foods in restaurant. Something for everyone, nothing for anyone applies. (Applies to almost every hotel I've been to)

It was one of the best breakfast, plenty of local foods option and staffs greeted us with smile! Swimming pool was the best and the staffs were great to guide through all the menu for the pool side bar and the towel.

Unfortunately, the room only have limited TV programs and no option for Youtube or Netflix. Wifi was not strong. Room, bathroom and toilet was not perfectly clean.

This hotel is more than just an airport hotel. It’s very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was quite a spread. Service was excellent. Rio was especially helpful in arranging an express laundry service (not onsite), taxi service to the airport (cheaper than the hotel’s airport shuttle), and getting us to a mall nearby that has an ATM machine. Thank you!

Spacious suite, very big bathroom. Very quiet. Good internet. Super staff, the first suite was not perfect, they promptly changed it. Close to the airport. Good value for money.

The advised kitchenette has only a sink, very small (non compressor) mini bar and no cookware, even no tableware and cutlery. The pool is big but only 1,20m deep.

Nice area and well-appointed rooms. Very friendly staff and great breakfast buffet at strategic location between the airport and city center.

Our room was next to an elevator and staff were transporting things past our room throughout the night, which was rather noisy.

A convenient hotel that likely caters mostly to business travelers, but it's also well-suited for families. The pool is good, and there's a nice indoor playground for kids.

On the downside, the airport shuttle felt a bit overpriced, and there were quite a few mosquitoes around the pool area."
