Super hotel close to the airport, friendly and helpful staff had a great time staying here

The rooms were large and comfortable with a nice sized television, comfy beds, clean rooms and the balcony has a lovely view of the beautiful pools!

It wasn't clean though I should say that, having stayed in other places now around these islands, I've seen worse. Also, I couldn't find a way to turn down the air con when I woke up too cold.

My room was next to the very busy main road and the traffic was always busy all through the night so you can hear all the traffic passing by. AC was not really working properly, probably needs a service. Took around 3-4 mins of the shower to eventually give hot shower, wasting water too, which I don't like. The bed blanket was a very thin sheet. TV had only a few channels working

The room is big, has teapot, big swimmingpoil and is close to the airport (8min).

Curtain shower super dirty ( they should change it) IMPORTANT: I had really bad experience here, one thing that never happen to me before ( eventhough Ive travelled 56 countries and visit thousands of hotels). I asked for a taxi deive to the airport 3:30 am. The girl in the desk spoke little english and i translated to her everything FOR MAKING SURE THEY ASKED FOR THE TAXI AND THE TAXI WOULD BE THERE AT THIS TIME. Before going to bed, i reasked the taxi 3:30 and they told me that it would be waiting for us for sure. At 3:40 there were NO TAXI. The desk boy spoke NO ENGLISH. And got blocked and did nothing! The time was running and arriving to 4 and we had the flight at 5:25).Having to do check in and everything! My grab and indrive was not having success, they were unable to solve this and they offered a bike with 3 baggage ( my wedding is in bali and we have all the brides gown) and my mother who is 65 and having a hip prothesis ( she cant go in bike). Anyway one bike! We started to desperate of losing flight! Luckily a random taxi driver came through the road at 4:10 and we arrived to the airport 4:20. Check in desk was about to close since it was too late, but airport staff help us to check the luggage and they help ny mother to arribe to gate. My mother felt sick after all this stress. So , after all mu travelling experience first time in life I put this bad score, but i cant recommend this place unless they change for more QUALIFIED AND RESOLUTIVE staff, who is not ashamed to talk to clients saying that they do things and understand things that CLEARLY NOT. The girl was the most shy girl ive ever met, Im a client not your date. Nights boy was even worst and 0 resolutive skills I got so desperate because is my wedding in bali and i had to be there on time tonprepare everything. DISASTER!
