I will like to thanks to all the staff very friendly and very helpful, special the staff( driver)sending us until ferry terminal, He very kinds and more care about me and my husband and wait us until we get our ticket for other level and again send us to lobby terminal and help us to get the staff at ferry terminal to help us. Well the breakfast not much choices and not really delicious and some food everyday same. For the Tea Lounge no topup food when finish and I feel disappointed the end time still have few hours left. 🤨

The romantic suite is pretty stunning in terms of the overall design and it certainly worth the price i was paying. The location is near to the pier so you can actually sleep till the last bit before heading out and catch your ferry.

I actually upgraded myself to the better room the hotel has got to offer. The lower tier room is pretty run down and the fittings are in pretty bad state. The hole drilled to fit air-cond is not covered properly and it lets you see the bricks around that hole and gives a bad presentation of the room that was already small. The room has a moldy smell too. The suites are so much better than what i had got for the lower tier room but it comes with a cost too. If you are a person who is particular about the room's overall presentation would recommend you to not go for the lower tier rooms.

The hotel looked very posh and stylish with art pieces like busts. The room had a Victorian themed vibe in the Romantic Suite. It was gorgeous and very sleek. It will give couples a romantic aura with a bath tub in the middle of the room. The staff are friendly and helpful and always offering their services with a genuine smile. Even if the weather was bad, staying in the room and ordering cocktails and enjoying the room environment seems great. There was even a free bbq night at the dining area to enjoy the food and festive mood.

It would be great if there were more variety of western and Asian cuisine for breakfast or dinner. It would also be nice if the room service could include a 24-hour food service for those who are hungry in the middle of the night as we tired to order in from Grab services but the order in was cancelled due to bad weather.

I recently stayed at Grand Eska Hotel & Suites Batam and would like to share my positive experience. First of all, the hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help. We encountered a small issue with our room door, which couldn’t open due to a weak battery. However, the hotel staff acted quickly by giving us a new room and even helped us move our belongings smoothly and efficiently. I’d like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Felix, Ms. Prisca, and the rest of the team – your assistance was greatly appreciated.

It’s very unassuming from the outside but you’ll be pleasantly surprised when you enter. It has a certain charm that’s very becoming. The staff were exceptional! Especially a guy named Felix who keeps going out of his way to keep us comfortable. He deserves a raise. They all do.

The downside is the lack of safety markings and railings on stairs. It’s quite hazardous to say the least especially when the marble patterns throw off your sense of depth easily. The entertainment system in the tv kept failing due to some wifi issue which was very annoying but they did all they could to fix it so props to them. That being said there’s a lot more that can be improved but it would all just take a small little tweaks.

All ok hotel very exclusive. Staff very friendly. Etc (Mr Felix) He was very kind and helped me because I was short of money.He also lent me his money first and took me to the nearest bank. Food also very nice . Hotel very clean. I will stay again in this hotel once I come Batam and ask my family & friend to stay here. This hotel also provide free shutter where u want to go. I very happy to stay here 🫰🏻

Only iron not keping much. After this can provide all room to keep 1 iron or 1 iron put at every level( sharing at the same level)

Breakfast was good, facilities and location of hotel was good. All hotel staff are incredibly friendly and service was excellent. Blackout curtains kept the room really dark and aircon in the room was good.

Hallways of the hotel rooms were incredibly narrow and any conversation from guest outside the room can be heard. There was lots of dragging of chairs/sounds at night and the rooms were not sound proof well. Can be noisy
