room was big and had what you needed. The breakfast had everything you needed except some sweet pastries I like pastries)

Nice facilities, good breakfast, nice swimming pool and fitness center, they had even a ping pong table.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids and were informed that breakfast was included in the price of the room only for the adults; we were supposed to pay for the kids although it was now where mentioned in the reservation. Staff was very polite, we agreed to pay for 1 child. Please mention in the rules on booking that in one room only 2 adults benefit of free breakfast. In this way, customers are aware of this.

First of all not my first time here, have always enjoyed my stay but this time round, a little bit disappointing. Got a room with a shower cubicle install but the outlet to let the water flow out to the floor trap is so small that it ended flooding the cubicle and the water just seep out from the cubicle door to the whole toilet floor, making the whole toilet area wet. In need of upgrading in certain areas. Tv need to be change to a better larger smart tv. Lift is quite small although there are a couple of lifts but during certain peak periods the lifts are always easily full.

The hotel location is near to Harbour Ferry Terminal which is plus point. The staffs never fail to greet to welcome whenever we entered the hotel. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds, complete with toileteries. Breakfast was great too. Room service and housekeeping was superfast and always treat the guest well. Well done to all hotel staffs.

Music aound can be heard from the hotel KTV if your room is at the lower floor. To improve the room sound proofing with be good. In some rooms, the shower is located in the bathtub which is inconvenient for elderly to climb into the bathtub to shower and also quite dangerous.. Hope this can be improve.

I love the ambience of the hotel feel,cleanliness was superb,breakfast was delicious and have a wide variety of cuisine.All the hotel staff was very friendly and effecient.I love my stay there as all my family members feel happy and relax.

I only dont like the feel of the hotel carpet.They should do more through cleaning.The swimming pool also need to be more cleaner as they are sand residue at the bottom of the pool.

We love the vibes of the hotel.. Soothing relaxing music at lobby.. Staffs all were great.. Smooth check in and out.. Swimming pool was awesome.. Food ok not bad many varieties.. Should include more western like pancakes, waffles for guest to enjoy.. Room was spacious with balcony.. Can see and hear the azan from the mosque.. Aircon was cold.. Wifi at times lost connection but we are happy during our 3d2n stay.. Will come back again..

Only downside the shower head was not good when showering very little water they should change to rain shower.. Even showering at the bathtub all water flood the toilet.. Should include bolster also then it would be great.

The reception staff wasn't that friendly. Not detailed in explaining even got my rooms mixed up as i booked 3 rooms. But Mr Zaki, not sure if he's only a bell boy there, because his service is amazing. He is the one who explains everything from A to Z. Even assist me with the wrong room until I get the room that I'm satisfied with. Thank you Mr Zaki! Me and my husband would definitely return with my kids in future. .

I’ve been a loyal guest at Planet Hotel for about 15 years now. I really hope to see some upgrades, particularly in the reception area. There was an odd smell when I walked in, which might have been due to the hotel being full during the school holidays. Despite that, I still appreciate the staff and enjoy the breakfast. The rooms are decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Breakfast is prepared with different menu everyday. the staff was polite and nice, feel like home and welcoming. for me, the breakfast was ok because different person have different taste and the room was ok except my room i can't adjust the water level (hot or cold)

I really liked the service provided during my stay. In my booking, I indicated some special requests which were all fulfilled. I was also able to check in early and check out a little bit later (upon requesting). The variations of food was also ok. Theres rice, fried rice, spicy fried noodle, cut fruits, coffee machine, hot tea, cereal, bread and egg station. I liked the egg station the most because its cooked on the spot and its hot. The porridge was cold and lumpy.

Maybe because of the ramadan period, the food was cold. The last time i came, it was better.
