it’s a nice kind of homestay-place. the beds are super comfortable and the location is exciting. the host fixes a basic-breakfast and is very engaged with his clients that he likes to call family members. nusa ceningan is special, not super easy or cheap to reach but has nice places, really cool restaurants and stunning nature! must visit!

some of the things listed on booking are not existing. also: The Family room is not such a thing. it’s two separate rooms, separated with an outside stairway. and a couple steps through the sand. we addressed that matter to the host and he will change the listing. no credit card excepted. bathrooms are dark but clean. hot water didn’t work, but isn’t needed to be honest.

Agus, his sister and mum are friendly and trying so hard to make this a great experience for their guests. Rooms were clean. The pool was clean and relaxing. Air conditioning worked well Showers were lovely. Breakfast was simple but appreciated. View is lovely. Walking distance to a couple of lovely eating places with good cocktails. Spa down the road gave amazing massages. Agus organised scooters for us for a day. When our transport for the ferry did not arrive Agus was very helpful to ring the company and organise very quickly. It was so helpful to have him there. You aren't paying for 5 star, the stay is simple yet comfortable.

There are no in room amenities such as fridge or kettle, but we had no issues with this anyway.

The place was amazing. Everything you need is there. Perfect location, pool, breakfast, you can rent a scooter on site. And of course the most awesome person Agus, who treats you as a family member and you can ask him anything. He recommended us places to visit on both Ceningan and Nusa Lembongan islands. He even arranged us the fastboat to Gili Air, also picked us up on arrival and took us to the port on departure. We had such a wonderful experience. Thank you again, Agus! 🙏🙏

Fantastic location on the waterfront opposite Lembongan with gorgeous sunsets. Very comfy bedrooms. Nice little swimming pool with sunset views. The 2 Superior rooms at the front have waterfront views. Agus whose family owns the property is great and very helpful and speaks good English. He can organise all sorts of things for you.

The bathrooms are in need of updating. Broken toilet roll holder. Fixed position shower head. No shelf for toiletries. Towel rail very loose. Agus knows this and has plans to completely refurbish them. There are only 2 tables for breakfast and not enough chairs but there are 6 bedrooms. The breakfast is incredibly slow sometimes waiting 30 minutes for just toast and eggs. They need to speed up the breakfast. Apart from Agus the language is a problem and misunderstandings happen.

We rented three rooms at the Waterfront hotel and spent wonderful 4 days, 3 nights there. We found the rooms clean, comfortable and cool (air conditioning was very appreciated), bathrooms spacious, with hot water. The location is right by the sea, so we could even swim directly from the hotel when the tide was in. The little pool by the hotel was very refreshing. There is a little shop next door and another nearby, to buy water, etc. There are a number of eating places a short walking distance from the hotel. Probably the best, in terms of choice of dishes, the atmosphere and design was Seabreeze, about 5 min walk away. Agus, our host, was very kind, friendly and helpful. He organised everything we needed, including transport from the airport, taxis and boat tickets, a snorkeling trip and a fantastic massage. Jana, Klara, Claire, Andy and Maya

Everything was great.

We immediately felt so welcomed by the owners and were treated as family instead of as guests. The property is in perfect location, with a beautiful view, great food/drinks, strong cocktails and great music by the pool. The air conditioning and wifi were incredible. The grilled snapper was to die for! Best Long Island cocktails in Bali. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend everyone stays here.

This place needs more hype! Everything about the Waterfront was perfect for our 8 night stay The waterfront location was perfect for us. Walking distance to restaurants and an easy scooter ride to Mahana point and across yellow bridge to Nusa Lembongan. Agus and his family made our stay so special. They went above and beyond to make sure all our transfers and tours were booked and at the best prices Food was very tasty and well priced, fresh fruit for breakfast was a great way to start our day

There isn’t much to not like at this property

IF YOU COME TO LEMBONGAN/CENINGAN YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE!!! Agus was the best host we have ever had. He really makes you feel like part of the family, giving advice on the best spots to visit on both islands, getting us boat tickets at local prices, he even helped us organize a trip to Kuta to buy a laptop because ours was broken. THE BEST? His aunt cooks like the gods, the best food we had on the island. Our last night we had a family dinner where his parents cooked for us and we ate Balinese style. A stay that we will take in our hearts forever!

The property is at a very good location right at the beach. Agus was extremely sweet and helpful. He helped make our stay extremely comfortable and even helped us with our snorkeling tour. We spent one night here and I must say that everything was excellent. As for the room, it was excellent and really comfortable. I would definitely recommend waterfront to others on a trip to Bali.

This hotel is SIMPLE, but beautiful. Perfectly located on the most beautiful Nusa. The service is amazing. Ari helps you quick and with anything you need. For this price, you should not expect luxury accommodation. Towels & sheets could be replaced as they seem like they have been used for quiet a while, but the rooms are super clean and spacious. The location and the host are PRICELESS! We will definitely come back. Thank you guys, for everything.
