A comfortable hotel with reasonable room rates. I chose to stay in room 809, a Standard Double Room with a Sea View, but I found the room with a mountain view more appealing with the sight of Gunung Singgalang and Gunung Marapi. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning and hot shower worked well. The bathroom was small but sufficient for me. The Wi-Fi connection was good. The room rate included a breakfast buffet. Enjoying breakfast at the rooftop café, you can choose to have breakfast with a view of the sea or the mountains. There was an adequate selection of food. They offered local breakfast options like lontong, soto, nasi uduk, and various Western choices like bread, waffles, and more. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located near the Masjid Raya Sumatera Barat, and you can walk there. Overall, the hotel is good, and I would choose to stay here again when visiting Padang.

Overall, it was good, but the mini fridge didn't work properly and wasn't cold enough.

A nice clean modern hotel in the center of town. Rooms are well planned, enough space for 2. Bed is comfortable, shower is small but quite adequate, there is a table and chair and the staff are nice. The restaurant at the top floor is good too. All in all, a great hotel for the price you pay.

The lobby, the staff and the room.. Worth the value. All basic requirements is there.

Management should provide iron and board in the room instead of us call and request from housekeeping.. It is part of basic requirement for traveller when we travel. I have request iron and have to wait in the morning as the iron is not available. Accor is international and doesnt make sense no iron in the room. But overall the hotel value is worth it.

Location was great for us to catch the fast ferry the next morning. It is is the nicest Ibis hotel I've stayed in and has a great rooftop restaurant with a great selection of food. Very comfortable room and we will definitely stay again.

When I made the booking I sent messages and emails to them with questions about airport pick up etc as it was our first visit. No responses for days. Just nothing! On the morning of our stay we were travelling from Medan, they sent a message saying they cannot help with pickup that day! It was very poor!

The check in process was very fast. The room was spacious and clean. It was great that they provided free toiletries and the shower was good. The breakfast consisted of mainly local dishes but delicious. There was also a 'warung' downstairs that served excellent food. The swimming pool was maintained well. There's a water jug that is provided in the room that you can easily refill using the water dispenser machine at the hallway. I had beautiful views of the sunrise every morning from my room!

The soundproofing can be improved. I could literally hear every conversation, closing of doors and footsteps throughout my stay in the room.

Comfortable rooms, we had adjoining rooms for family. Room is a little small. Has good views of the area. Has a small pool around the back. Top floor bar/restaurant was very good. We only has drinks.

Located quite a way from the beach and the fast ferry terminal. It's a little bit tired eg the shower had yellowing grout and a few cracks. Pool does not have any sun lounges??

Beds and pillows very good. We got a good night's sleep. Nice view on both sides. Quiet on the east side, only a parking lot. Everything worked. Central aircon. Clean. All as it should be for the price.

Bathroom a bit cramped.

Just a well-run Ibis Hotel. Staff were great. Location pretty good. We needed a place to chill after some very hot days on the road. Great place to watch the sunset from the terrace of their sky lounge. Brilliant in fact.

Breakfast was buffet style , with a great view of the city and surrounds. Room was clean and comfortable.

There was no milk at the coffee bar for breakfast and I think wifi should be included at that price point.

Typical Ibis style design. Rooftop restaurant with a balcony very nice and the drinks (Margharita) excellent. Food quite good. Rooms small and clean. The tower is earthquake safe due to dampers in the ground!

The pool, small, no space around and when we visited the water was murky. Did not go in.
